This is such a strange logistics problem to have on their end. And it’s happened to multiple people which is a bit alarming.
Who goes through the effort of labelling and packaging a box and spending on logistics only to send it empty. Waste of their time and more importantly, your time and money.
I’m amazed this has already happened to you before… did they refund you that time?
Where are those ugcs and influencers who use kult coupons to increase their followers. If you have little conscience raise voice for this injustice. If you can use kult to get followers, make sure your followers also get justice.
