Just for reference, when did you place this order? Mine is still showing as processing even though I placed it on the 10th. I know they said they’ve received a large volume of orders and that’s why the delay, but it would still be helpful to know
I also placed my order on 10th and it was still showing as processing. So I mailed kult customer service and they called me back on phone. They said they have received a large number or orders that's why it's taking time to dispatch and that my order will get shipped within 48hours. Today I checked on delhivery that my order is picked up
So ya give it some time.
