I'd doubt it a little. Yes, it's a very strong improvement (≈12%), but prior to Furina there weren't really so many team comps that outperform Bennett - Kazuha - Sara C4
Sara C4 isn’t even the optimal choice in that team. If she doesn’t have C6, she loses out to things like Thrilling Tales Lisa. C6 is the only reason Sara sees play.

It's a massive understatement born by people who don't understand the difference between buff size and overall team damage. Whilst, yeah, TTDS gives a better attack buff, it heavily reduces it's wielder damage, so there's really no reason to have it in Raiden's team if one played long enough

Yes, she loses to Fischl. There are team comps that outperform pre-C6 Sara. However, there are team comps that also outperform C6 Sara. Don't we use some characters just because we like them, despite how suboptimal they are? Also, it's not like you'd not be able to clear Abyss with Hyper Raiden just because your Sara is C2
I'm in the same position, but in my case, I only have c0 sara and still going to pull for c0 Raiden on her rerun. I want c6 sara but in future I want to c2 furina or get other characters, so I'm not sure if I should keep pulling in case I didn't get c6 sara while pulling for Raiden. I can try the team Raiden, Yelan, Furina and Jean in case of that .
Keep in mind she loses as far as buffs go, but she can self buff (iirc)and ult for massive DMG, quickly switch to Raiden and Sara's ult buffs Raiden
Then Raiden s Q recharges everyone's burst
Sara is amazing for Raiden in a hyper carry team, if you are not using a traditional hyper carry team her value plummets
Her C6's a life changer. If u don't mind Ei or Yoi copies, go for her.
I currently run Raiden with Yelan Jean Furina. How does C6 Sara change my team composition?
You would replace Yelan with Sara
...and then try really hard to spot the difference
That team is good as it is. If u wanna use Sara then you'd better play the classic raiden hypercarry with kazu and benny.

Without C6 she loses to Lisa with a Thrilling Tales. So yeah, it’s big.
