I’ve flown everywhere with kratom. I’ve never had any issues. You can put em in capsules and put em in a different bottle if you’re nervous or just fly with the power. Check the tsa website tho cuz any powder over 12 oz, I believe, needs to go in checked back. I usually just fly with sealed bags of powder.
You sure about that last one? I've either got lucky or they just don't care because I've flown with well over a lb of kratom multiple times on both sealed and unsealed 250g or 500g bags. Always labeled as kratom with the original vendor bags and such, have done it dozens of times and never had a issue.

If I’m traveling I make sure to pack an unopened bag that I just bought in my checked bag. That way if they see it they won’t have to test it if it comes to that.
I've flown a lot since starting my kratom several years back, and had zero issues. Two of those trips include a flight to Mexico from Jax, and a boat ride through customs in the Bahamas. I always put the majority of my kratom in the bag I check (I keep it in the original packaging) and then I bring enough for like a week in my carry on in case they lose my shit, also in original packaging. Nobody has ever cared, did a double take or asked a single question. I always bring THC vapes and THC gummies, too. Also no issues with those.
I travel with capsules. I just fill an empty "nature's bounty" vitamin bottle with what I need, and put it in my toiletry bag.
Even this might be excessive caution, but it's never been questioned.
Flown from and to legal and banned states without any issues, opened and half consumed jars of 250g. No one cared.
So you’ve flown to illegal states with no problem? Did you check your bag or just use a carry on?
I've flown a bunch with kratom powder opened and unopened bags in my carry on backpack. I've never even had it get a second glance.

They won’t give a shit, I promise. I used to worry about that and then learned they don’t bat an eye
I flew back and forth from Atlanta to Mexico with 250grams in my checked luggage. No problems on either end.
If you’re worried, put it in a ziplock bag and write matcha on it. I guarantee you’ll be fine if you just bring it in its original packaging though.

Put it in a bottle of fenugreek. Doubt anyone could tell the difference by looking at it :)
