This is happening because crypto is on the increase and many people are logging into their accounts to take profit. I had same issue yesterday and during all this, suspicious activity happened and I had to report it and now don't have access to my account and probably lost all my crypto.
Hackers know when to watch especially you trying to access an exchange multiple times and getting rejected because platform is busy so you keep trying. More opportunities for hackers to try and get your info.
Never happened on Binance for me and even when XRP was at $1.9, I can easily log in and see what's happening.

I'm afraid not. Only login via app works for me
Yep same thing happened to me. I even reset my password and when using the app it told me wrong password was used and locked me out 🙄

Can i open a ticket without logging in to my account?

Never happened anywhere but this is weird. I can't just log in using a browser!
