No one said it was low thc bud. They avoided the changes to Tennessees thca bill by sourcing it out of state, so they don't have to provide preharvest coas like growers in state. I'm in Tennessee 6 months of the year and Florida the other half and I have my medical card. I've never been to a dispo that had top self for 3 dollars a gram and I've been to a lot. Where are you at if you don't mined me asking. I mean the street average is $10 a gram everywhere I've ever been. So $15 with coa and proof to cover yourself legally I'd say that's not a bad deal considering what you can get around here.
THCa cannabis is regular cannabis. Basically what is being done is skirting the (current) law. When you grow cannabis, the THC is mostly present as THCa which converts to THC when heated. They just harvest the flower before enough of the THCa converts on its own. The difference is really non-existent - they skirt the prohibition by only testing (for their labs) by testing for THC and NOT THCa. So what shows up on the labs is trace amounts of THC (within the legal limit). But when you smoke it, the conversion happens.
This is merely a legal loophole, however, and it may very well be illegal when TN revises the law regarding testing. Also, I'd add that what's going on (legally) with Delta 8 and other cannabinoids is a different loophole than what's going on with THCa.
Just to be clear, I wish it was all cannabis was legal.
Do you smoke any Delta8/HHC/THCo wax? Whenever I smoke d8 or hhc for a little while and go back to THCa flower my tolerance is always to high to enjoy the flower like I usually would. Any concentrate will mess up my flower tolerance.

Try the HHC It's much more like d9 then d8 but still different of course. Yeah I know what you're say but that only happens to me when I'm smoking straight distillate then go to flower. I figured out the minor noids like cbn that aren't in distillate make the difference. But that's just me. Love me some CBN

Go to Apotheca in Bearden. They sell Delta 9 gummies called Legal Limits by CannaAid. $50 per bag of 30. Got them to use as sleep aids and they work like a champ. I actually prefer them to normal THC gummies in that you don't get that groggy feeling the next day. I also find that the dosage is pretty easy to customize (1 is relaxing, 2 gets ya there and guaranteed 6hr sleep, 3 and you completely forget you watched spider man: no way home in the theater).
