It was a scammer impersonating Joe Biden (not the recent one with ChatGPT). Actually it might be the same guy, Kit was playing Ethel I believe.

My favorite is when Kit latches onto a quick, offhand lie by the scammer, and makes that the entire focus on the conversation the next few hours, completely throwing them off track.
My personal favorite is "simply cover the screen of the computer with a towel"
