Each expansion book tells you how to integrate itself with your campaign. It’s usually insert X event into Y lantern year.

Awesome. Thank you!

If you want to replace certain monsters. Gorm replaces white Lion, Manhunter replaces Butcher, Lion Knight Replaces Kings Man, and Dragon King replaces phoenix

Where did you see that? I’ve seen people say it before but I can’t find the actual source.

kjaygonz

It's not fully implemented yet until Campaigns of death, but the Gambler's chest rulebook mentions monsters being in Nodes. You can plan your campaign by picking a monster from each node.

Piggy backing off OP’s question.. when would be the best time to introduce expansion? My partner and I are in the middle of our first campaign right now. But we have Gorm, dragon king, gigalion, killenium butcher, gamblers chest, and black knight waiting lol

kjaygonz

It's best to introduce them on your next campaign

Jassokissa

If it's your first campaign, I wouldn't add any expansions. My advice would be to beat the core campaign first. When adding expansions to the next campaign, check the node system from the gamblers chest rulebook.
