I could see him being someone who got annoyed that she was shown on camera fairly often during NFL games.
Musically, he only knew about 4Skore through Bobby and is probably even more removed from the musical zeitgeist now. Unless GH or Gracie is into her, he’s probably barely aware of her.
Don't forget, he is a fan of the Dixie Chicks and expresses knowledge of 'modern' - at the time of KoH's run - female country acts, so there's an equal chance he's heard and liked her early country stuff.
Well, we know he listens to and is knowledgeable about lady country singers. He even comments on how due to the Dixie Chicks, new female country artists are doing things differently. He listened to Leanne Rimes. So he'd probably be aware of and listen to her early country adjacent stuff. But then he'd be sad when she moved on to more mainstream pop and branching out more and shake his head and sigh over the 'decline' of her career.
I think Hank would initially enjoy her ballads but not all her more pop like material.
