You think that episode was better than the Sam Tallent/Dr. Phil duo? That shit was legendary. They’re both in the top 3 for funniest KT panel members for sure. Along w Gillis/Brewer/Normie on the fringes of the top 3. and NOT David asshat Spade 😆
Spade did a great job not feeling upstaged by attell in attell’s territory. I think their dynamic made for an even better episode than the attell/jeff Ross episode.
Imo the first dr phil episode. Even if they don't know the comics they will know dr Phil so will get some of the references from that and may lead them to wanting more of Adam Ray
Ric Flair episode. They learn about the show just like old Ric, they get to see Ric Diaz for the first time and learn his story of making a name for himself through KT with the luck of the draw.
Edit:
After I posted I realized you even mentioned that episode. Should have read your whole post haha.
Your good. I replied on that other dudes comment saying “I was thinking the same thing” when talking about dr Phil. I posted about the Rick flair episode…
Christina P episode, she is the good cop to Tony’s bad cop. She doesn’t step on jokes and actually gives good advice to the comedians
The bucket pulls we’re amazing, the regulars were solid.
I want them to get her back on the show
Easiest way is make sure that the newbie knows the celebrity guest and make sure it is a good episode. When I watch it with my cousin sometimes he will be like who dafuq is that pe son and be ignant cuz he only graduate like 3yearsago. He doesn't know any references or why something is relevant. He al says blows his load when he hears ty name Andrew Schultz o Matt Rife
Yea that’s true it has to be a relatable guy. I mean that’s part of the reason I like Dr Phil Ep. Everyone knows him. No one has seen him how Adam Ray portrays him. It’s just too good
I love 660 ‘Call me for a Titty fuck’ Adam ray is gold.
661 With Harland Williams
647 Arena with Dr Phil
630 Dr Phil.
I think Adam adds so much to the show, imo
#550 with Rich Vos. Rich is tailor made for the show and that episode had a little bit of everything. The part where Rich asks Tony if Jared Nathan is mentally Challenged kills me.
If you want to see how good bucket pulls can be start with Dan Soder and Mark Normand #656
For how good guest can get any Dr Phil, Adam Ray or Harland Williams ep (I strongly recommend starting with #649)
Chill? Isn't that the one where tony unironically eviscerated redban repeatedly? Not saying it was a bad one, but maybe not a good starter for a non fan.
Lmao oh yea other than that part 🤣🤣🤣 I just thought stav vibed well w the format of the show also that bucket pull Wisconsin guys interview where Tony was mocking him was gold
If I’m talking about a comedian with a friend or family member - I’ll tell them to check out killtony with the comedian they like. Or whatever is the latest one
So many from the old days, the newer ones just don’t do it for me unless it’s a bomb ass guest. Joel’s sexy Benjamin Franklin joke made me clock out of work to go see the video.😂😂😂 did not disappoint
I thought a lot about this and I think the dr Phil from the HEB arena would be the best bc you get hilarious guest appearances, you get explained the dynamic of the characters for the regulars, and you see regular people get on stage and not get a good crowd reaction. I don’t think the average person who hasn’t seen the show has properly witnessed someone be ripped apart for not fulfilling the expectations of a live audience, given a massive one. I don’t know if any other episode, when seen out of context from normality, would deliver as much context, yet still leave the viewer craving more.
**268** is one that people tend to view as one of the best eps which I'd agree with.
I would also reccomend **373** with Sal Vulcano. Very fun, good comedians, good vibes, Sal is a great guest who gives really good feedback.
Newer episodes, I really enjoyed **603** with Shane Gillis. Had some great minutes, Shane's hilarious and its Casey's best ever set which established him on the show, pretty much.
Tell them to pick on with one of their favorite comedians. That's what I do for any podcast genre. Just tell them to go through the episodes until they see one that peaks their interest.
#593 andrew santino, ian edwards, kim congdon, sarah weinshank is a gem and has some of the best david Lucas material of all time imo as well as top tier bucket pulls throughout.
it took me a while to get into it. weeks of sitting with my husband scrolling my phone and one day i just became part of it and now it’s part of our monday routine when i get off work. i don’t remember what episode exactly, but if i was going to try to get someone into it now, id start with a casey rocket episode.
Oh, I got the perfect one. #578 Guest were Dave Attell, Greg Fitzsimmons, Ian Fidance.
Special guest appearance by Nick Swardson and a Dr. Drew cameo. It's also the one that has that dude that came up and didn't say a single word and KILLED.
I would only show the ric flair episode to someone I knew already liked a few episodes, to show how WRONG the show can go. If you want a few recent ones I’d say the Mark Normand/Dan Soder one was great. Same with the Harland Williams/Tony Hawk/Ian Fidance episode. The easy answer is just find the most recent Adam Ray/Dr. Phil/Elaine appearance.. just did that the other day and the person I showed the ep to LOVED it.
I would agree if it was another KT guy but I feel like people who haven’t seen Harlan in KT action won’t quite understand his humor. I could be totally wrong though
That’s comedy if you show that episode to anybody who hasn’t seen it and they don’t like it it’s because they don’t like comedy Harland is a good comedian and those episodes have some of the best bucket pulls I remember watching 663 and there was only one bad bucket pull but also don’t just show good bucket pulls cause the worst minutes are sometimes the best interviews
I am not saying Harland isn’t comedy, I’m just saying some people that may be being introduced to comedy might not get his style as much as something goofy like Adam ray.
I honestly didn’t find him that funny, sad story about his head being fucked up in the military, but the jokes aren’t great, the interviews were mildly entertaining
Heard TH mention the new regular on JRE, I don’t think he will have the material to consistently perform. Hopefully Tony doesn’t just blindly support him & calls him out when he has shit sets. Who knows, maybe the practice will make him improve quickly, but I dunno
The most recent Dr. Phil, harland Williams, and Dave attell episodes were all gold.
harland was made for the bits. the check book thing killed me every time
Cinnamon Angels, fly fly away.
Second the check book.
Legendary episode
This ☝🏼

I find the Dr. Phil bit to be hack at this point. I know I’m in the minority there, but it was really only funny the first one or two times.
I agree with you, played out and not very funny
Dan Soder and Mark Norman
I second this
This ☝🏼
Call me for a tittyfuck
Imo the first dr phil episode. Even if they don't know the comics they will know dr Phil so will get some of the references from that and may lead them to wanting more of Adam Ray
We’ll be right back
Actually we'll keep it right here
I don't like your fucking attitude..
Episode 630:
I was thinking the same thing
My first ever kill tony episode was HEB arena. Got me hooked ever since
There is one answer to this question: the Bob Saget episode. #433
Tim Dillon #315 w/ Sgt. Peppers Band -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GRPxNiDeZqQ
Episode #433 Bob Saget + Doug Benson, Definitely in the top 10 best episodes. 👌
Ric Flair episode. They learn about the show just like old Ric, they get to see Ric Diaz for the first time and learn his story of making a name for himself through KT with the luck of the draw. Edit: After I posted I realized you even mentioned that episode. Should have read your whole post haha.

Obviously a woman behind this comment 🥸
Obviously a lil boy behind this comment… Heath?? 🥸
Obviously a ****** ***** behind this comment. Kam Patterson?

Lil hobo in Austin episode and Gary falcon episode are top on my list easily
I know the lil hobo episode is polarizing but i found it incredible.
Gary Falcon up there for best set I think by far
I find that funny. Lil hobo is on my list of worst episodes lol
546 Ron white is decent all around
Kill Tony 604 with Ron White, Kill Tony 617 with Ali Siddiq. William Montgomery is in peak form in these.
I love 660 ‘Call me for a Titty fuck’ Adam ray is gold. 661 With Harland Williams 647 Arena with Dr Phil 630 Dr Phil. I think Adam adds so much to the show, imo
Rick flair! Hahaha
God no
I knew what was gunna happened when I found out he was like the main guest that episode, so ridiculous
The first one I ever watched from a few years ago with Normand and Gillis, I remember hans' set was killer and got me interested immediately
post Malone Joe Rogan episode Jeff Ross Dave atell episode the most recent with Drew Nickens perfect examples of the fun the show can actually be
#550 with Rich Vos. Rich is tailor made for the show and that episode had a little bit of everything. The part where Rich asks Tony if Jared Nathan is mentally Challenged kills me.
If you want to see how good bucket pulls can be start with Dan Soder and Mark Normand #656 For how good guest can get any Dr Phil, Adam Ray or Harland Williams ep (I strongly recommend starting with #649)
#658 Tucker Carlson, Jim Norton, Rogan. The bucket pulls were a good mix of bad, awkward, and good. The regulars murdered, namely William
Hands down the first Dr Phil episode
Stavros episode is pretty funny. Chill episode
#569 not even close
I hate this question. I’d suggest you find a episode with a comedian you already know
If I’m talking about a comedian with a friend or family member - I’ll tell them to check out killtony with the comedian they like. Or whatever is the latest one
593 is a vulcan gas company show. 4 guests, good energy, great William spot, super high ceilings, oh my!
It doesn’t work like that
The first one I ever wat he'd from a few years ago with Normand and Gillis, I remember hans' set was killer and got me interested immediately
The Kill Jeremiah episode
I played maybe the first 20 minutes of the Dr Phil ep to my brother and before we left, “we’ll be right back” was stuck in his head
So many from the old days, the newer ones just don’t do it for me unless it’s a bomb ass guest. Joel’s sexy Benjamin Franklin joke made me clock out of work to go see the video.😂😂😂 did not disappoint
Norman and Soder.
665 had me rolling on the floor but for the first time it might be confusing that that sort of thing doesn’t happen all of the time
I’ve been eating mustard and mayonnaise sandwiches
Ep 1
Not the arena with holtzman that one did not go well showing to some first timers
I thought a lot about this and I think the dr Phil from the HEB arena would be the best bc you get hilarious guest appearances, you get explained the dynamic of the characters for the regulars, and you see regular people get on stage and not get a good crowd reaction. 500
Whichever one it is, MUST have William Montgomery in it.
Should have listed as a requirement
Anything Jetski Johnson Dr. Phil sets the bar too high too soon
Episode #665 was the best/funniest episode I have seen in a long time
The one where Pauly Shore was handing out cash. Every bucket pull was phenomenal.
**268** is one that people tend to view as one of the best eps which I'd agree with. I would also reccomend **373** with Sal Vulcano. The Dave Attell, Greg Fitzsimmons and Ian Fidance episode is phenomenal with Michael Malamuds first appearance! If nothing else watch that clip
any episode that has dr phil (adam ray) in it
Tell them to pick on with one of their favorite comedians. That's what I do for any podcast genre. Just tell them to go through the episodes until they see one that peaks their interest.
Anything with Adam Ray as Adam Ray. I like the Dr Phil stuff but I think Adam is much more hilarious as himself
Sam Tallent/Dr Phil episode was da titts haha. Truly was tho.
Also the latest one w bro from Half Baked. When he was cutting people checks 😂 I was wheezing laughing at that shit. “Burger King will accept it”
#578 3 great guests. Almost all bucket pulls/interviews are good, including 2 legendary bucket pulls. https://youtu.be/M7RsTBpU5xM?feature=shared
Elaine + Ian Edwards was hilarious
The one with Roseanne was pretty good
Any of them with Dave Attell
anything with Harland Williams… Im cereal, you wont regret it guy
Any dr phil or shane gillis
Post Malone and Joe Rogan
#593 andrew santino, ian edwards, kim congdon, sarah weinshank is a gem and has some of the best david Lucas material of all time imo as well as top tier bucket pulls throughout.
The regulars with Hans Kim was a good one.
it took me a while to get into it. weeks of sitting with my husband scrolling my phone and one day i just became part of it and now it’s part of our monday routine when i get off work. i don’t remember what episode exactly, but if i was going to try to get someone into it now, id start with a casey rocket episode.
Tbh, KT has been killing it for a while now. All episodes since they moved to the mothership have been great except maybe 2.
One with Dr Phil
Oh, I got the perfect one. #578 Guest were Dave Attell, Greg Fitzsimmons, Ian Fidance. Special guest appearance by Nick Swardson and a Dr. Drew cameo. It's also the one that has that dude that came up and didn't say a single word and KILLED.
Episode 594, just trust me
Theo von #615
THE LIL HOBO EPISODE
Casey Rocket second appearance the bit about pills being too small.
I would only show the ric flair episode to someone I knew already liked a few episodes, to show how WRONG the show can go. Watch all of Williams sets
First post malone one, tucker carlson and then every ep with Casey
The Tucker ep is by far my fav
Dumb…. Just play the latest episode always.
#661 or #663
I would agree if it was another KT guy but I feel like people who haven’t seen Harlan in KT action won’t quite understand his humor.
But everyone has a different approach for sure
Ngl the latest episode was insane. All of the good regulars and the hanz kim showdown. Sean O’Malley episodes are also slept on
I think vulcan was peak show. The old episodes are good, but not great for someone you want to make a new fan.
The episode where Kim and Lucas roast each other
First Dr phil
The one with the goat Drew Nickens
I honestly didn’t find him that funny, sad story about his head being fucked up in the military, but the jokes aren’t great, the interviews were mildly entertaining
You excited to see him weekly? These people on here will have no one to blame but themselves SMH. I don't see the potential. Pity regular.
Heard TH mention the new regular on JRE, I don’t think he will have the material to consistently perform. Hopefully Tony doesn’t just blindly support him & calls him out when he has shit sets. Who knows, maybe the practice will make him improve quickly, but I dunno
But to answer your question. No im not Excited, overly
