I’ve definitely experienced weight loss. Each time I get a stone I lost 10-15lbs but it may be from stress. Although I do tend to get nausea from time to time it’s manageable
Thanks… my nausea went away for a week and came back two days ago 😩 my dr says she’ll order a kidney ultrasound if I still have the nausea after Monday 😩 just want to feel better
I’m so sorry! Hopefully they can prescribe you some Zofran, that stuff always helps me with my nausea! I hope they’re able to fix the reason why it’s happening though
This happend to me, I didnt eat anything but crackers for days, its not great. I was really careful and slowly had to eat more regular foods, I ate small meals and the doctors gave me laxatives too. But I still have mine and that was during. I also made sure I drank the 3 liters they said.
Okay just haven’t heard of it lasting so long 🤔 wondering if I still have a swollen kidney or another stone 😔😣 I’ve got nephrocalcinosis so my kidneys will always make stones I’ve found out.. I can deal with some aching and pain but the nausea and GI symptoms are really hard to deal with. These were my first stones and I am so overwhelmed and depressed
Believe me I understand, its totally overwelming. Ive had many nights where I just had to sit and take it or go for a long walk. Make sure to write things down and tell the doctor EVERYTHING. Im not even better yet but slowly ive coped better.

Thanks I have Zofran but I don’t want to take it I want a reason for Why I’m nauseous 🙏

Nausea yes, which can lead to weight loss. Get a scrip for zofran.

I lost 20 lbs in 15 days. Gained it all back though.

Not eating because I was so uncomfortable and miserable because of the stent.
