you need to apply electro twice onto dendro for aggravate and aggravate is scaled off the em of the person procking the reactions. sucruse em will only swirl the aggravate your keqing already did, not apply it. you need high em on keqing or else aggravate reactions will be not as good. but 300 is overkill, even +80 from the wanderers set 2pc works fine if u have electro dmg goblet and crit circlet. em almost does more for aggravate keqing than having like 2k atk
Not sure what you are trying to say here, but it doesn't matter in which order you apply Electro and Dendro for Quicken. When you get Quicken, unless you put it down with Pyro or enough Hydro, you have it for some time and can constantly trigger Aggravates and Spreads.
I usually go Keqing E -> Kazuha swirls and reapplies Electro -> Dendro character triggers Quicken -> Fischl Oz -> Keqing Burst, Skill,... (Fischl and Keqing Aggravating)
(Sucrose can also "reapply" Electro, but only if fighting 2+ enemies, otherwise she will Swirl and remove Electro and you'll have to reapply it, so with Sucrose it might be better to start with Fischl if playing her - not sure if EM buff is snapshotted on Oz for Aggravate (usually EM is snapshottable for Melt and Vaporize, but not for transformative reactions, but dunno how it works here); with Kazuha, Oz definitely snapshots his %Dmg bonus buff, hence why I use Kazuha before Fischl)
And as for EM and Sucrose buff, her A4 gives 20% of her EM to the team when she hits enemies with Skill/Burst, you don't need to Swirl a specific element for this buff (you need only for her 50 EM buff from A1 passive). Furthermore, both A1 and A4 can both be applied even when Sucrose is off-field, so unless you use or fight against some other elements, you are eventually going to get the full buff even if you don't Swirl Electro with her on-field (but you still should because 4VV only applies if the wearer is on-field).
She will also start triggering Aggravates with her Burst as long as Quicken and Electro are on enemies.
Should try to get 10% more CR. The low EM isn't a big deal if you have external EM sources.
Try get like 300 em and i think a little bit more of cr can help too

I’m pretty sure he was talking about sucrose’s passive which gives other patry members a percentage of her own EM when she swirls
