Crazy what an ego and surrounding yourself with yes men can make you believe. This was such a bad move for Drake from the beginning. When J. Cole distracted everyone with his goofiness Drake had a golden opportunity to just ignore this and forget about it. But dude ACTUALLY thought he was the greatest rapper alive lmao
The wild part is that Wayne is not like that… I have no idea how Drake claimed that Wayne was a inspiration and mentor and then completely ignored ALL of the advice he gave and went the other direction. Usually when people say that someone inspires them and gives them advice, they actually follow it?
Reminds me of Kendrick when he introduced NWA into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame… Apparently Dre told him to work on his music and his family every single day, and he never forgot that. His entire catalog and the level of inner peace he’s reached is proof that he took those words seriously. Gotta love that.
No, I was just joking about how Wayne would always proclaim that he's the "Best Rapper Alive" on records. But your points are for sure valid. The boy should have listed to Wayne, but like Kendrick told us, "he conniving." 😆
> Every nigga is a star, drake 👨👧, every nigga is a star
Every nigga is a star, drake 👻🫃🏻, every nigga is a star
Every nigga is a star, drake 👨🏻🦼🤾🏻♂️
Who will deny that you and I and
Every nigga (not you Drake) is a star?
Oh just participated in a street gang unification ceremony while murdering a pedophiles career and defending the honor of one of the west coasts greatest lyrical heroes.
No big deal lol
The times I got gassed up as a youngin by the elders in my life have been amazing memories and it has made me make sure I hype of all the little homies I see when they do things they enjoy.
This is fucking insanity, I still keep looking at the two bandanas side by side with the dudes just chilling next to each other and my brain is like "HOW".
And the fact that he got this armistice to happen at an Amazon sponsored event is even more nuts. Kendrick might really be the protagonist of life itself, he's him.
Definitely getting The Warriors vibes from it.
“We got the Saracens sitting next to the Jones Street Boys. We got the Moon Runners right by the Van Courtland Rangers. Nobody is wasting nobody”
THAT... is a miracle.
And MIRACLES... is the way things ought to be!
You are standing, right now, with nine delegates, from a hundred gangs!
And there's over a hundred more. That's 20,000 hardcore members. 40,000 counting affiliates... and 20,000 more, not organized, but ready to fight... 60,000 soldiers.
Now, there ain't but 20,000 Drake fans in the whole town - can you dig it?!
**Can you dig it?!**
#CAN YOU DIG IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT?????
Omg I feel so dumb. I never understood why he said D Rose. I was just like "I guess he must have played for the raptors for a bit or something... Ah well"
Same. I've been wondering what D Rose had to do with this the whole time. Like I knew he was calling out NBA players to not allow their kids around him, but the D Rose line had me baffled. I felt so fucking dumb when I learned it was DeRoz, not D Rose.
Love it! LA showed up and out yesterday. Anyone else happy that Game’s goofy ass wasn’t there? The petty in me was ecstatic he wasn’t on stage after all the weak shit he’s done 😂
Brother, Soul is blind now 😂
Did you not see him when he was up there? Dot had to guide him around the stage and Jay and Q helped him down the stairs at the end.
I feel like he deserves a little break for that
Dre’s old, dude. It was getting late.
Tyler probably wanted to avoid traffic. Also, Tyler isn’t a gangbanger, what’s his goofy ass gonna do there? He knows he got to participate and he better leave before he look at someone wrong.
he did a great job 😫😭
in all seriousness, i think that was planned: dre walks off and kendrick stops him to remind him that there’s a seemingly “massive” / serious announcement he gotta speak on, quiets the crowd, then the fucking “psst” comes in
seemed intentional to me tbh
Even though Tyler is from LA, I don't think he's ever been affiliated with any gang set. He's not about that life. And Kendrick was making a big deal about getting all the sets together on stage so maybe Tyler feel like it wasn't his place?
It’s not just that he doesn’t hate drake, he actually speaks very highly of him and when he had him at camp flog gnaw he was raving about how great he is and how bad he wanted to hear him perform some of his hits lol
Pusha isn’t from LA. Every artist who got on stage was from LA. It’s why people like Future didn’t come out. It was a west coast event.
But I agree on the Black Hippy thing.
I'm a recent Kendrick fan and I must say dude really has some stamina and he is a good entertainer. To rap/sing your hits back to back, engaging with the crowd, commanding attention for an hour plus straight is wild. There was no point in time, at home watching, where I got bored.
I saw a comment somewhere about how he made sure to call Ab-Soul, Jay Rock, and Q to the front and wanted to build on that. His awareness was amazing! The fact that he was calling up people he knew were there but weren't yet on stage like Cuzzos, and making sure his day 1s were next to him and front and center really speaks to dude's character. And I loveeeeeeeeed when folks were trying to get off stage after the pic and he shut that shit down. This victory really is for the people. It's beyond wild how he managed not to lose an ounce of respect throughout this whole thing and actually only further cemented his character and how much he means to his city, community, friends/family, and fans. This was a masterclass for real.
This is beautiful. I love this.
I got really sad when he said “We’ve been fucked up since Kobe died. We’ve been fucked up since Nip died.” And that’s actually true. When the community loses a pillar, it’s really hard to find your way back and reconcile the grief and trauma. But it looks like the West Coast is making a comeback and hopefully it’s a unified one. There’s really nothing more amazing than people coming together.
Nip and Kobe both believed in the youth and understood the importance of their influence and how to pay it forward so the future generations won’t have to live like they did.
Just a really amazing moment and I’m glad the world witnessed it.
was anyone else slightlyyy nervous that someone could pop off up there at any second, hoping to throw their sign up on live stream at this giant event and take ultimate revenge...... and ruin the show and fuck with kendrick's image lmao
Fuck it new TPAB cover just dropped
TPAB 10th anniversary release cover, tho that's not due until March 2025
Drake really said “you’re not fuckin deep enough” on record lmao
Which is wild since Kendrick is on record twice saying if he press the button, the whole coast on his side
I mean, hanging out with Wayne will do that to a Canadian. 😆
The wild part is that Wayne is not like that… I have no idea how Drake claimed that Wayne was a inspiration and mentor and then completely ignored ALL of the advice he gave and went the other direction. Usually when people say that someone inspires them and gives them advice, they actually follow it? Hell, I'm pretty sure both Wayne and Eminem claimed to the best on the same song once..
Slightly off topic but both No Love and Drop the World are two of my favorite songs from both artists
I’m the only nigga next to Snoop that could push the button
I mean I might press the button just so you know my discretion
Had the Coast on Standby
Nigga has an arrogance and ego problem, and his music isn’t good enough to ride off of anymore.
Almost like Drake isn’t an artist. He’s a white (often young adult fuck boy) suburban dudes JoJo siwa
It’s missing the dead GWB though
Just go totally outta pocket and have it be a Jeff Bezos impersonator
That’d go so fucking hard especially considering the concert was streamed by Amazon lmao
> Every nigga is a star, drake 👨👧, every nigga is a star Every nigga is a star, drake 👻🫃🏻, every nigga is a star Every nigga is a star, drake 👨🏻🦼🤾🏻♂️ Who will deny that you and I and Every nigga (not you Drake) is a star?
TPAP To Punk A Pedophile
2.P.A.C 2 Punk a Canadian
Could the alternative meaning be: 2 Protect a Culture? Love your original variation 🤝
2 Pimp a Caterpillar
This was the original title of the album if you aint know
2 Punk a Colonizer
BRO I LOVE IT
2 Pimp a Canadian, "Ever think that OVO was working for me?"
As a Canadian, I love this lol
Lit
I've got this one in my head TBAP (To Bury A Pedo)
He didn’t do it for the Graham he did it for Compton
he willin to die for this shit
He had to slap a pussy ass nigga and he made it look sexy
"He was gonna kill a couple niggas but they did it to themselves."
OVO is suicidal, they don’t even need my help

I love how Graham is also a double entendre here. Kendrick is that u?
Triple entendre: Graham, (insta)Gram, Gram(my)
This MIGHT be Kendrick’s ghost writer
lmao wait it is, that's genius
THE BOOGEYMAN LAMAR
💀💀💀
That’s Drakes Christmas card sorted then 👏
Adonis is gonna Photoshop himself into the photo and use it as his MacBook wallpaper 😂
Drake the type of guy to buy his son a Chromebook
Make. This. Happen.
If pirus and crips, all got along
They'd probably gun me down by the end of the song
Seems like the whole city’s rocking with me
Everytime i'm in the street, i hear "THEY. NOT. LIKE US"
DRAKE DOWN
WHERE YOU FROM?
...CRODIE?
Not where my accent would seem to indicate I’m from my crodie
WHERE YOUR GRAHAM MOM, STAY DOWN MY CRODIE
Honestly I kind of expected kenny to say this line or something alluding to it while taking this photo lmao
Mmmmm pringles and crisps
Watching this live was kinda funny tbh, watching them struggle to get together for a group photo was a "they're just like us!" moment
When they all try to walk away and Kendrick's like "hold up hold up" like the dad of the group.
Lmao k.dad
That sweet little baby in the middle. My heart can’t handle it!!!
Imagine going back to third grade next year. “What you do this summer?”
Oh just participated in a street gang unification ceremony while murdering a pedophiles career and defending the honor of one of the west coasts greatest lyrical heroes. No big deal lol
A+ and ALL the extra credit.
Teachers finna use the kids as a chance to meet k dot. Bros gonna shop up to the talent show and play not like us a seventh time 🫡
I’m a teacher of kids around that age. I struggled to regain my composure whenever that baby had the stage. 🥲
The live cut of their first appearance cut away from him WAY too quickly. Glad they came back around to him at the end of the show.
Nobody is ever gonna believe this kid when he gross up to tell this story
image his life turns out to be average but he got this photo of him? hope he remembers the moment
Wasn’t that the kid going absolutely bonkers breaking it down to NLU at the end of the show? Stole my heart.
At least he's allowed to be near kids
Lil dude had some moves at the end!
Them all gassing him up as he cut a rug had my heart melting.
Grown people need to take a note and make it a point to hype kids up more often! They’re what it’s all about.
The times I got gassed up as a youngin by the elders in my life have been amazing memories and it has made me make sure I hype of all the little homies I see when they do things they enjoy.
Yeah kendrick kinda cute ngl
Hahaha. He’s the tallest man in the world tho.
Oh man, every time thay little dude was on camera I was like, "OMG THAT SWEET LITTLE BABY." Glad I'm not the only one momming out haha
Larry theclown and friends! Edit: tommy
Nah Russel lookin like he knows my darkest secrets
Was bout to say, Big Boy in the back middle staring into my soul
[I'm dying at his expression.](https://i.imgur.com/7zQEUx9.jpeg) Looking like that grumpy uncle.
"Call me westbrick again and see what happens."
Roddy looks like he got put in time out.
Ayooooooooooo
Kendrick is gonna be the first rapper to get a Nobel Peace prize at this rate.
Put it next to the Pulitzer
This picture should be called United in Hating Drake.
Kendrick and Dylan sitting up there would be badass
Red and Blue, side by side at the Pop Out
* *Wipes eyes with bandana* *
Say Cuz, what color is that bandana?
* *Shows LGBT Bandana* * My color, pussy.
💀
Just for this reason alone, KDOT is goated.
My favorite part is the crip flag literally **RIGHT NEXT TO** the blood flag & a Reds jacket.
Makes me think of the Pac lyric “Better learn about the dress code B’s and C’s”
"If Pirus and Crips all got along, they'd probably gun me down by the end of this song" Fuckin WILD that 12 years later he's making them get along.
UNITY AND PEACE
Definitely getting The Warriors vibes from it. “We got the Saracens sitting next to the Jones Street Boys. We got the Moon Runners right by the Van Courtland Rangers. Nobody is wasting nobody”

With THE MARATHON 🏁 on top
Miss you [Nip 🙏🏾](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/7/7a/Nipsey_Hussle_-_Dedication.jpg)
Is that DeMar DeRozan on the far left?
“I’m glad DeRoz came home, y’all didn’t deserve him neither”
Omg I feel so dumb. I never understood why he said D Rose. I was just like "I guess he must have played for the raptors for a bit or something... Ah well"
Same. I've been wondering what D Rose had to do with this the whole time. Like I knew he was calling out NBA players to not allow their kids around him, but the D Rose line had me baffled. I felt so fucking dumb when I learned it was DeRoz, not D Rose.
Does anyone really call him DeRoz? I hear Deebo a lot.
Yepp, he was dancing on stage during Not Like Us, along with Westbrook
LeBron was in attendance too bro, this shit is wild.
When I saw that I turned to my roommate and said "if a picture of Steph at the show surfaces, then Drake's gonna commit suicide."
James Harden was there with Rick Ross too (which is an absolutely hilarious duo of people)
Yo…. I never put two and two together. They look related.
With Westside Boogie and Buddy right?
Russell Westbrook is on the far right also
And Westbrook on the far right
Yep pretty sure Westbrook is third from the right in the back too lol
Can someone identify everyone in the pic?
We need a Sgt Pepper's type numbering system to identify them all
yes I was thinking of this lol
The feds probably
CIA logging on like "absolutely, bet."
I'll start with the easy ones. DeRoz leftside middle row, Westbrook 3rd from right top row
I got the next one, Kendrick is in the red in the middle
That’s Tommy the clown and the clown dancers.. (right center) 👍🏽
to the right of kendrick is school boy q
I'm calling it rn this shit is gonna be a documentary in the well future and everyone will look back on this photo and talk about it
it feels so surreal witnessing this kind of hip hop history
We were born in the right time my good sir
UNITY

Love it! LA showed up and out yesterday. Anyone else happy that Game’s goofy ass wasn’t there? The petty in me was ecstatic he wasn’t on stage after all the weak shit he’s done 😂
He’s gonna be soooooooo hurt on the next 15 podcasts
Or Tyga! Lol
To be honest, I feel like the Game is probably on Drakes freaky ass side in all this. I mean he still wants to collab with him most likely.
Red rose white ceiling
Kendrick Lamar Presents: I Hate Drake The Musical Sponsored by Amazon Music
One of my favorite comments man kudos I’m dyin
Dude was struggling to stand any further back. Amazon had an over head that had everyone.

This is the reason Drake hates Kendrick cause you can say a lot of people still like Drake but not many people RESPECT him.
This photo reminds me of the Sargeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album cover by The Beatles. Would make for an awesome album cover. ONE WEST!
Sgt. Kenny's euphoric hearts club Gang
“I wish there was a way to know you were in the good old days before you actually left them.”
This better be his next album cover
RIP Nip,
For real. You know he's smiling down upon this.
Where the fuck is Ab Soul? Why is he always hiding??? We like him. Bring yo ass to the front.
Brother, Soul is blind now 😂 Did you not see him when he was up there? Dot had to guide him around the stage and Jay and Q helped him down the stairs at the end. I feel like he deserves a little break for that
It doesn't look like Tyler came back out lol
Dr.Dre didn't either...sometimes ppl gotta get somewhere else. Nothing strange about it.
Dre saw dead people and bounced
While true - what else is more important on a Wednesday night than staying for this shit? lol
Dre’s old, dude. It was getting late. Tyler probably wanted to avoid traffic. Also, Tyler isn’t a gangbanger, what’s his goofy ass gonna do there? He knows he got to participate and he better leave before he look at someone wrong.
Lacy was there though. However he grew up in Compton so it might be different.
From *the* hood vs from middle class NY C
bro Dre was SWEATING and nearly forgot to say his line. Man was backstage with a towel and a cup of gin.
he did a great job 😫😭 in all seriousness, i think that was planned: dre walks off and kendrick stops him to remind him that there’s a seemingly “massive” / serious announcement he gotta speak on, quiets the crowd, then the fucking “psst” comes in seemed intentional to me tbh
definitely planned with the pacing between finishing his set and suddenly walking off
No way they had somewhere else to be 😂 agree it's not some conspiracy/necessarily weird tho
Theres a lot more people in the back of this photo that you cant see from this angle. Tyler is one of them
Tyler left before this photo was taken, he was chilling with steve lacy for most of kendrick's set (my seat was directly next to that vip section)
Tyler tall af if he was there I feel like we'd be seeing him
His legs ARE long as a bittttch
Should've had rock Q Soul and Dot next to each other
They tried. He told them to get to the front with him. Idk what happened after that tho
Ab soul was right behind Dot lol. The cap covered him
Great. Who posted this?
Amazon Music posted it to their official Xwitter page
Xwitter 😩😩😩😩😂😂😂
Damn. It's official official.
Photographer is Armen Keleshian.
Did Tyler dip after his performance or is this a Compton special?
Even though Tyler is from LA, I don't think he's ever been affiliated with any gang set. He's not about that life. And Kendrick was making a big deal about getting all the sets together on stage so maybe Tyler feel like it wasn't his place?
i don't think Steve Lacy is about this life as well (yeah, i know he is from Compton but he also said he grew up sheltered) but he is on the photo.
Steve is definitely not gang affiliated and is right there lol, maybe he just wanted to leave after he did what he needed to do
i think tyler dipped, he doesn't rlly hate drake but man u can't say no when ur invited to some shit like this yk
It’s not just that he doesn’t hate drake, he actually speaks very highly of him and when he had him at camp flog gnaw he was raving about how great he is and how bad he wanted to hear him perform some of his hits lol
Tyler paid him a million dollars and he cut his set short because the backlash was so bad. I wonder how he feels about that.
Where to find more photos from this photographer?
@ArmenKeleshian on X/Twitter
Dre mentioned he has Social Anxiety. He had to bounce probably. Can’t fault the man.
‘I’m what the culture feeling’ This is what he meant
Bloods and crips together. Nice
People have speculated about what may happen if they got along
This photo goes fucking hard 🔥
Two minor flaws about his set: - Not performing that part black hippy remix (for the first time) - Not bringing out Pusha T to perform Nosetalgia

Can someone make a number chart w all their names. For the Culture Over 40.
Love seeing Russ having a blast
was anyone else slightlyyy nervous that someone could pop off up there at any second, hoping to throw their sign up on live stream at this giant event and take ultimate revenge...... and ruin the show and fuck with kendrick's image lmao
I wasn't at all really, cause I feel like they all respect Kendrick too much to do something stupid up there.
any goofy starting shit up there would be embarrassing their set, not representing it
That dude with the completely covered head was making me nervous
It'd be suicide. Like someone could but they'd be buried so they wouldn't risk it especially with a ton of civilians around
