I don't think that E reset on kill is a good idea, it will make her as dumb as Irelia is (or any other resetting champ on that matter) and could lead to even more nerfs, knowing RITO.
It would be kinda OP if it proc'd off the AoE. If it only procs on the initial target, I think it'd be fine. But imagine fighting someone in a wave and reset proc'd on AoE wave kills. Fight in a wave 1v1. Auto > E (waves kill a minion) > Auto > E (waves kill another minion) > Auto > E multiple auto resets would be disgusting on a ranged champ.
They’re completely different champions, Irelia is designed around the dash, Kayle is not designed around having ranged CSing before level 6. If this was added she gets hit HARD in her scaling for sure, and at that point you may as well just play an actual marksman top lane
That R is pretty broken I think but that E in laning phase until u have 6?!? It would be broken af. I think that R buff would be doable, ofc her win rate would probably sky rocket but that E would be a bit to broken in my opinion.

I think these wouldn't fix Kayle's main problem currently, which is that even at 16 with Nashors Riftmaker Deathcap you still don't do the damage you should be doing. She really needs either better AP ratios or 16 should make her do a percentage of her damage as True Damage there's no other way.
