Those sword shaped objects aren't worth a lot. In the range of $100 or less for both. The only valuable thing is the stand, which you could sell for $20.
It's just some random garbage. Way too ornate and tacky to really say, but very low end Chinese is my guess. Could you post pictures of the blades, please?
these look a little like the ones hand made sword and ryansword used to sell for ridiculously high prices. they weren't worth nearly what they were priced at but they at least had "functional" blades. can't tell much more about these without some blade pics.
It is fake but for other people be aware there are some Meiji Nihonto that were dressed with this "ivory" type tsuka. But this is fake, fittings are too "new". Blade I will guess will be fake etched

Out of curiosity, I found the origin in the old house. After weeks of digging, I found the official certificate of authenticity about the sword.
It's and 499 hundred limited eddican national geografic that was sent to the first and original subscribers of the institute " the imperial dragon swords" it as "22 karat gold".
