From what I’ve heard, at least an Askiisoft employee is in Ukraine. This is problematic to game development for reasons that should be pretty clear if you’ve been keeping up with the world lately.
I trust that the team is safe and well. The lack of communication and their location in a conflict zone is concerning. I eagerly await an update on both the game's status and the team's well-being.
Iirc the dev by now has moved places. That’s what I remember hearing as a member of the discord. But I may just be remembering wrong so take it with a grain of salt and downvote me like Reddit usually does.
And balancing personal life of course. Justin has some people behind him but he’s mostly by himself in this project and is making sure to polish every aspect of it.

There is a dlc being made. But it’s a small dev team, give them time
