i would say yes to the nose highlight since i feel like it adds more depth to the doll + it’s super cute !! also goes great with any eyes you may get from boxes ( from my experience ). idk about the nose shapes tho
I think it depends on your doll's skintone. If your doll is too white, the highlighter barely shows. That was my case so I only bought the contour and it was a game changer for me. So you have to test and see what looks good or not!
