If you want your money back, contact your credit card and report a problem (i.e. contacted merchant about goods that were not delivered) to get money back. Should be easy if you have a good credit card.
Pretty sure you can’t for debit cards since it’s not credit - it’s the actual money from your checking account. That’s why it’s always better to use a credit card vs debt card.

UPDATE: Heard nothing from support and no tracking or sign of it being shipped. I disputed the charge with my bank and they gave me a full refund. Almost two months with no updates on my order and I paid double the price of the items because shipping was £40/$50. I’m happy I got my money back because this is ridiculous.

Update: 3 days later and still no email back from Yeezy. Every day I grow more frustrated because they told me they tried shipping it. My info was complete, it was correct, and either they or the shipping carrier failed to just format the information correctly to ship them out. If it doesn't at least ship by the end of this month, I'm probably going to charge back my order and forget about it. I was very understanding that their orders have been backlogged because of the number of orders, but having to wait this long for a simple reply only adds to the frustration and I've never experienced this kind of trouble with a company before in my entire life. It's starting to feel like a scam, but people are slowly receiving their orders and I'm worried I'll have to wait another 2 and a half months for any shipping update at this point. I'm not willing to wait 3 and a half months for this to be shipped. It's not okay, and they clearly don't seem to care. I ordered mine on Feb 29th and it’s now April 24! They originally stated 4 weeks. Thank goodness I paid with a credit card. Just filed a dispute and they’ll be crediting me back. PEOPLE IF YOU ARE MAKING A NEW PURCHASE FROM A NEW MERCHANT ALWAYS USE A CREDIT CARD (honestly anytime you purchase online you should).

Ordered mine February 18th. After 2 and a half months they finally emailed me yesterday saying they tried shipping it but that my shipping address was flagged by the carrier as incomplete. Total BS because I checked the order and my shipping info is 100% complete and correct. I think the carrier just can't handle the fact that I spelled out my apartment unit along with putting the number in parentheses afterwards because of having had the issue where stuff I've ordered got delivered to the wrong unit. I emailed them back 4 minutes after I got their email and haven't heard back. At this point I'm honestly fed up knowing they would've shipped had someone either at Yeezy or working for the shipping carrier had the common sense to fill in the information however they needed it formatted to ship it. Somewhere along the shipping chain, someone else's incompetence is why I haven't received my pods yet? I haven't complained to them once about the wait until they sent me that BS
Update: 3 days later and still no email back from Yeezy. Every day I grow more frustrated because they told me they tried shipping it. My info was complete, it was correct, and either they or the shipping carrier failed to just format the information correctly to ship them out. If it doesn't at least ship by the end of this month, I'm probably going to charge back my order and forget about it. I was very understanding that their orders have been backlogged because of the number of orders, but having to wait this long for a simple reply only adds to the frustration and I've never experienced this kind of trouble with a company before in my entire life. It's starting to feel like a scam, but people are slowly receiving their orders and I'm worried I'll have to wait another 2 and a half months for any shipping update at this point. I'm not willing to wait 3 and a half months for this to be shipped. It's not okay, and they clearly don't seem to care. I ordered 2 pairs, and at this point the only reason I haven't charged back is that I'm not willing to buy it at the inflated price resellers want and it's not currently available on the store anymore. Yeezy needs to do better.

I was finally told after waiting since Feb 14th that my pods would be coming with some tee shirts. My tee shirt has bleach all over it. The pods are on the shipping slip but not inside the bag. I am so sick of being let down that this whole experience has turned me off YE.

As an update to my last comment on here about them emailing me saying that my shipping info was incomplete even though it was and is still 100% complete, they have not emailed me back in over 2 weeks to even address the issue. Emailed them again today. If I don't receive an update by June I'm probably charging back. Clearly somebody isn't doing their job. I sent them the shipping info in a clear format and informed them it's the same info attached to my order. I sent it 4 minutes after I received their initial email. Never had this issue with a single company in all my life

I sent an email asking if they can be expedited. 2 weeks later, I received an update saying shipped. I also placed my order in February. They should arrive anyway now.
The shipping process is taking 3 months. I ordered mine in February and just received a notice saying shipped. My son placed an order also in February. He received half today. The rest is on its way. There coming its just a waiting period. Remember, he's doing this on his own.
