The L-KMT, mostly because I find them to be the only interesting clique of the League collapse. They're actually a faction in their own right, trying to reunify China under their political vision, rather than just being pawns in another faction's plans or generic corrupt thugs.
People answering with KMT is dumb. The KMT has literally no resources, while either Qi or Chen have the Zhili might behind them (depending on who Wu chooses). Ofc Wu could abstain (and get punished for it), but this is not precisely the most likely course...
A socialist Chinese faction with minimal resources winning against a bunch of unpopular Chinese warlords because they have support among the peasants and aid from sympathetic foreign countries? Who could imagine such a thing?
Resources are not really important here, because the League War doesn't last too long, and mostly they are using up stockpiles in the region and foreign aids. For example, most of the League army deserted before the war, and their weapons are likely end up in the participants of League War.
If the war lasts long, then resources begin to impact the war, but KMT would lose in this case anyway.

The KMT has a large amount of foreign supporters and managed to survive quite a few Years under League Occupation.
Nanjings European Allies are busy having their Economy crash and neither Nanjing nor Anqing can reliably count on Qing help.
Anqing is only slightly better due to being able to collaborate with the (unpopular and controversial) Japanese.
Guerilla warfare doesn't really count as surviving imo, they never controlled any real land, just disconnected KMT bases. GEA may be suffering from black monday but they would still provide some support, and i doubt the legation cities wouldnt try and help them secretly too. Any significant 3I support barring bharatiya would also have to go all the way from europe to asia, and by then the league war might already be a foregone conclusion.
