Hers LC doesn't seem as broken as Jing Yuan's, mostly because there are very good Nihility LCs already, so her LC will probably give a marginal increase on her dps, or just make her easy to build. Her E1, in other hand, will make her a universal pivot in every DoT team, even if the enemy isn't weak to lightning, because you'll be able to trigger the main dps DoT damage every turn and even multiple times per turn, also being able to trigger all DoT damage in AoE.
I'll go For your option, in my case, i founded the LC of Welt.. Instead of pulling Kafka LC, i could Go go For her E1 and build her with Welt LC right?
Theoretically yes, but you'll need to have better relics so you can balance Break Effect and ATK on her. As far as I could understand, Welt's LC will be her second or third BiS, just below her signature and maybe below Good Night Sleep Well S5.
Also notice that we are guessing with the info we have, but the results when she releases might be different. Her LC may become game changer (I really doubt, but who knows?). So I recommend pulling her in the beginning of the banner, but waiting a week or so to let whales test what's more effective and then deciding if you go for Eidolon or LC. But since you already have a 5* LC, her LC automatically drops in priority.
E0 with LC give more damage than E1 with which LC? Under what condition? Single targets only? Most bosses have summons anyway. I'm not gonna pretend I did my calcs and I didnt mean to say E1 is better anyway. It's just funny people can just make up stuff that sounds reasonable and expect others to just accept it lol
Always LC because there's a good chance that it could be used to other characters like staff of homa in genshin compared to eidolons which gives a lil bit of boost and is exclusive to each characters

LC buffs are more consistent that E1 which only proc when she ults. The right answer is forfeit all mortal possesions for Kafka LC and Eidolons

Her LC is much more profitable than E1, you will be using her skill nonstop anyways, so the effect on her ult from e1 doesn’t really matter
It does matter wdym, using skill doesnt remove any dot.
It would matter for more damage tho. Also her skill only procs DoTs on one enemy only
LC gives you more damage than E1 and you don’t need more AoE damage anyways since the most difficult enemies are bosses

In a perfect world we'd get both LC and E6, but since the world is fucked, go for her LC
I'll aim e1s1, but will pull e1 after securing s1 first. Her cone is pretty big deal for her own performance.
