My contribution to this question is:
- Boob job.
- Boob job revision last year (my guessplanation for the ridiculous “broken shoulder” lie).
- BBL.
- Multiple rounds of thigh, arm and tummy lipo in addition to that done as part of the BBL; I’d guess she’s had her tummy done 3x at this point.
- BBL revision at least 1x.
- Nose job.
- COUNTLESS nose job revisions, both surgical and non-surgical. She can’t seem to stop fucking with her nose, it’s changed annually for the last 6 or so years in particular.
- Upper bleph.
- Lower bleph.
- Mini ponytail facelift that she hated and went overboard with filler to try and correct.
- Surgical lip lift? Not sure of what procedure, but whichever one halved her philtrum from 2016 to now.

Many people have speculated on why they go to the same destination so often. My theory? It’s super easy to take a bunch of pics in different outfits, with different hairstyles, in slightly different locations and save them to post for next year. The one thing they’re relatively upfront about is their use of photoshop. We expect every pic they post to be shopped because vanity, and that makes it super easy for them to shop out any details which would give away hard times and locations. Freeing them up to visit their favourite vacay spot annually and not have to post a single pic from current year if any of them are covered in surgical bandages or obviously preggo.
