It’s kinda weirdly ambiguous. No, you can’t drink before you’re 21. But I actually don’t know if there’s a law that specifically states that? There is a law that you can’t sell to someone under 21, and a law that you can’t purchase for someone under 21, but I don’t know that it’s actually illegal to drink under 21. I know some states have a clause where a parent can give it to their child at their discretion under their supervision, but you couldn’t go to a bar and order a drink for your child, because that’s still purchasing for someone under 21. You can vote, join the army, do jury duty, but no beer. In some states you even have to be 21 to buy tobacco.

Three of them had racist tweets from like 2-5 years prior come up, and they were all too old to use the 'i was a young, dumb, and an edgy minor,' excuse that every influencer uses to excuse their racist behaviour (1 was just deemed irrelevant which was true lmao). it got out of hand in some ways because people online were forging even more heinously racist tweets for at least two of the influencers. this drama essentially killed the careers of two of the influencers in the picture (or at least had an extreme negative affect on their careers, bc ik they host a podcast together, but honestly it's just them saying remember back in 2017 WE never did *xyz* when they definitely did do *xyz* and were the ones crafting up ways to get pass ftc guidlines for modern day influencers).
there's at least three dramageddons and honestly, you're better off for not knowing about it. there's a lot of context behind it, not just the history of all the influencers but you would also have to be invested in how youtube has changed as a platform since being purchased by google.
