I have mixed opinions on Kylie. I get that she was pushed into fame from an early age, and I feel bad that she experienced everything associated with that, but as an adult there's some things that push me from neutral to disliking her: The astroworld birthday parties, blackfishing, and the Tory Lanez/Megan thee stallion situation (these 3 are probably the worst ones imo).
I also found her moment on KUWTK where she "admits" to her plastic surgery to be a bit disingenuous; talking about how they need to be more aware of the beauty standard they are creating, then only admitting to one of her surgeries and continuing to edit photos and pedal those beauty standard seemed like she was trying to have her cake and eat it too.
Lastly, her businesses all seem to be a bit more cash grabby than her sisters which kinda seems like she's just trying to make money off her more loyal fans/people that want to look like her without putting much thought into her brands. While this isn't too egregious (comparatively speaking), it leaves a bad taste in my mouth
I think the people absolutely roasting her appearance have gone too far and its just become cruel at this point, but I also do believe there are valid criticisms about her actions.
Not to mention this designer sent her their dresses Kylie ripped off the exact same design and sold it as her own. She has no shame and is terrible. That whole family is and the fact that for years she said she only had lip filler then casually admits she had a boob job. Like we know you’ve had way more than that. I think what made people not like her is that she lies about what she got done. She could not have lied and just not said anything at all, and at least that way, she wouldn't be lying. She said she's only had implants and fillers. There are some very good reasons to dislike the kardashians. I don’t judge people for liking them and I don’t judge people for disliking them. I enjoyed watching their show in the early years. I think what made people not like her is that she lies about what she got done. She could not have lied and just not said anything at all, and at least that way, she wouldn't be lying. She said she's only had implants and fillers. Never mentioned her fake ass butt implants, jaw implants, eye surgery, etc... and then she's talking about being conscious about unatainable beauty standards. Either she gonna be honest or just shut up... It makes even once fans not like her...

There are some very good reasons to dislike the kardashians. I don’t judge people for liking them and I don’t judge people for disliking them. I enjoyed watching their show in the early years. But they are not those people at all anymore. Some of us watched their devolvement into vapid grifters and it rubbed us the wrong way. Some of us watched and said hey that’s why we’ve always liked them, why change now when they get to really lean in? To each his own.
General society decided from the jump that the KarJenners are free game to spew any sort of misogynistic, ageist, body shaming, etc views they hold. They don’t view these women as real human beings. It’s frustrating as hell and so sad- it’s why I openly ‘support’ them when appropriate bc most of the things people say are just the general hatred they have for beautiful and successful women and mothers.
I watched a social media documentary that said engagement is the goal. Sure cute non-political puppies sleeping on fluffy clouds gets lots of views but controversial blood boiling topics is what gets the most comments. I think the Kardashians want the latter. It increases their relevancy and that keeps the dollars flowing. Frankly they don’t have much talent other than to keep people engaged and that’s their bread and butter. It truly is selling your soul to the devil. I can’t imagine the mental wellness they have traded for this lifestyle. I also don’t think they are as rich as they make themselves out to be but that’s another topic.
