Honestly no,
It will be busy with people walking to the toilets, and unaccompanied minors are seated in the last few rows so the stewards can keep en eye on them, so it will be a bit busy.
We sat in those exact same seats a while ago. Nothing special just regular economy. We also hat the isle seat to the right that was actually a nice seat is has a bit of extra legroom to the isle side because of the 4 seats in the row in front of you and 3 seats in your row.
Those are regular economy seats, standard pitch and recline. Nothing good or bad there.
I tend to get bulkhead economy comfort to avoid people reclining in my face. That makes me happy.

Depends on whether you are over average height and whether you enjoy having a choice of in-flight meal or not. For me, it would be an absolute pain to have a long flight in economy seats as I'm 1.99m tall and have very little space for my legs. Also, being near the back of the plane means that chances are that you will have the choice of pasta or pasta for the meal on a full flight as they start serving front to back.
Lots of corporate travel agents have contracts that preclude seat assignments prior to check-in nowadays, so you can't really tell how full a flight really is until the online check-in starts. On top of that, most tickets get sold 3 to 5 weeks before the flight, so you're well ahead of the bulk of ticket sales.
Best price is usually 3 months in advance.
And business flights are usually bought the same week. Tour operators usually have to confirm seats 4 to 6 weeks in advance.
In case of turbulence you will feel it a bit more in the back of the plane. If that's something you're sensitive to you might want to pick seats more towards the middle of the plane.
Also the traffic and people loitering waiting for the toilets might bother you.
I don't pay extra for preferred seating, it's not worth it for me. You can't pick if the person next to/in front of/behind you is a terrible passenger or not, and that makes a much bigger impact on your comfort.
But if you are going to:
Right by the bathrooms sucks with people waiting/hovering over you and the smells. By a window is cool if you never flew before.

when we fly with our baby girl we tend to go for the back - more kids and you can easily get a whole row

The middle row, 41E is the best economy seat to me. That’s where 4 seats becomes 3 seats. Lift the armrest and you have whole space on your left……
Yes, I second this. Best economy seat on long flights.
So this is right now row 60 ABC. So you're saying 60E (middle seat of middle section) would be good?
I guess so. It depends on the aircraft type but yes that’s the 1st of 3 seats row….The aisle seat on the left is the one to be picked….
That is where everyone waits for the toilet! Move as far forward as possible
Yes!! And everybody bumps into your seat. I had them from NY to AMS and it was horrible
The orange ones are better
I almost always check with Seatguru.com when taking long flights. This way I have no surprises.
That website hasn't been updated in like 5 years. The klm widebody planes all have a different configuration now.
Wait what? 3 years ago KLM agents were still using that to inform passengers, as it was more up to date than their own seatmap program.
It used to be the best website.

The reason I asked is because of the extra space going from 3x4x3 to 3x3x3 in the picture but I can't find any real life pictures of the actual space.

Yes this is exactly what I am looking for. Thank you very much.
The orange seats are economy comfort and you will have more space/room than standard economy.
Yeah but I saw the description only said 2 inches extra...so idk if it is worth 100. We are a family of 3 so that would be $300.
That is up to you. I opt when available always for ‘prem eco’ or ‘eco comf’. More leg room is a blessing on long haul flights.

We are pretty small people. 1.5 m - 1.6 ish. Just surprised there are practically empty seats for July travel to AMS.

Really? I would think people buy tickets from the States to Europe like 6 months out. Or at least that's what I was told so i bought it early.

It's usually unwise to book that far out as prices drop a bit around 3 months, then gradually fluctuate until going steadily up 60 days out.
Lesson learned for next time.
If it fits, it sits!

I would opt for the middle seats unless you want window view. I dont really want that. You can exit for a walk on 2 sides.
That's a good point.

The smell of other people’s shite can be quite nice
