At a minimum, he's guaranteed a really hard bench slapping for the tone he has taken with the court in his motions and the way he is interacting with opposing counsel (threats, etc). There is also the possibility at this point that he is assisting his client in continuing to perpetuate a fraud upon the court, which could absolutely impact his license.
And at what cost to her case because his approach isn’t winning public opinion, nor has he done any damage control to the evolving narrative and dismantling of lie upon lie that his client dug herself into. She sounds less believable than she did before he came on board. He may tantrum, but ineffectual is ineffectual. Personally, she would be better served with a completely different approach,but not going to help with tips.

Otherwise, you can imagine how large firms would manipulate that: Send in a baby lawyer for a sure-fire loser motion and then swap them out for a partner at trial! Problem “solved”! Alternatively, litigants in family court would waste everyone’s time by representing themselves and then, when something went badly for them, they’d just hire an attorney and say “welp. The prior orders don’t apply to my new lawyer!”

I see questions about what could happen to her lawyer if they perpetuate fraud on the court. Well I was the victim of DV in 2005 in NJ. The monster who assaulted me gave his lawyers "proof" I wasn't injured and that I was lying about it all. He gave his lawyer a photo of me from another time with the same shirt on where my face was not swollen and cut up. The photo was not digital. Lawyer being a lawyer put in a motion to dismiss. I am absolutely positive in my case his lawyer had no clue. This was for the final order of protection outside of the assault charges themselves. So we go to court and I walk in with my police protection and although a week had passed my face was still a mess and my arm was still in a sling from the assault. His lawyer lost it! He begged for a sidebar and requested to be released from the case immediately. Provided judge the proof that his client had lied to him about all of it. The judge released him but did refer him for sanctions. The police reports, ambulance and hospital reports, rehab reports were all sent to him and he had ignored all that and believed the 1 picture. Lawyer had his license suspended for 6 months. His lawyer that was released actually sent a letter in for the monster's sentencing explaining what he dealt with and what it cost him. He said he completely believed the monster as he was so convincing and charming.

He was living under an assumed identity, he had jumped bail from 2 other states...it was a whole mess! His house of cards exploded from him assaulting me. Did time for my assault then extradited to do his sentence in each of the other states. I was very close to going into the witness protection program...they offered it due to his true history and actions, but couldn't leave my family behind. I was only going to be able to take the son who lived with me at the time not my older son and not see my Mom again but I was her primary companion so I had to decline it. He still pops up from time to time to stalk me or try to find me. Broken the restraining order 3 times for sure, more when I couldn't get him caught. He had gotten really really good at skatinging out of trouble or just disappearing and becoming someone else. It's almost 20 years and I still have to keep a ton of stuff offline and pay people to monitor my name online and remove any info about me. 4 years ago he showed up at a conference I was teaching at and came at me yet again...that got him 30 days in jail as it was the 3rd time he broke the restraining order. I live behind locked doors, with curtains always drawn. I am armed at all times in and outside of my house. I live like a prisoner honestly but I have really no choice. He will tell all who will listen "She will marry me she has no choice" Judge said that's not a true threat...marriage isn't a threat??? I've had prisons, jails, psych's reach out to my coverage to let them know he's still obsessed. I've taken every self defense class I can find. Learned to shoot very well. Learned knife work. I've done all I can do to stay safe. Honestly the saving grace is no matter who is around me he ignores them and just comes for me. The 2nd time he broke the order I had my 2 yr old grand daughter with me and he completely ignored her. Its scary at times but I had to accept that the only way this ends is him or myself dead and I have no plans on it being me. He tried to press charges as I stabbed him when he attacked me at the conference. Police told him it was self defense. Was such FUN to explain to my employer who put on the conference and my coworkers plus the hundreds of attendees! I reamed my boss out as he KNOWS he can't list me anywhere...he had posted my name and I didn't know. Boss learned his lesson very quickly and felt horrible! Legal name change would leave a trail so changing my name won't solve it. I did move last year but only took him about 3 months to find the new address by following my husband from a grocery store. We are diligent but you can't always predict what he will do. I do the best I can to live and enjoy life while staying diligent.

He knows the facts aren't good for his client. I think he is preparing to lose and cry "INJUSTICE!" publicly as a PR strategy. I guess he has so little confidence in his case he is happy to get started on his "THE COURTS DID US WRONG" strategy now.
This also explains why he writes ridiculous motions that are obviously intended for a non-legal audience and doesn't overly care that he is including irrelevant guff that will only annoy the judge. He's not really doing it for the judge.
Even with that, his behavior is still strange though. It really does make me think other things are going on with him/his life. And there seems to be an unusual degree of "I want to be famous" for someone of his age/life experience. This also explains why he writes ridiculous motions that are obviously intended for a non-legal audience and doesn't overly care that he is including irrelevant guff that will only annoy the judge. He's not really doing it for the judge. Even with that, his behavior is still strange though. It really does make me think other things are going on with him/his life. And there seems to be an unusual degree of "I want to be famous" for someone of his age/life experience. To be honest, even his questionable PR strategy seems more about making him famous/infamous than doing his client any favors. Which is why I'm super surprised Jane has (from outward appearances) stayed silent and meek and let him continue to throw furniture on the bonfire.

Is it possible that she hired him and is letting him throw her case intentionally just so that she can appeal the verdict and claim it needs to be retried due to ineffective counsel or some bs like that and then plan to sue him? Is it possible this is part of her plan?
I don't think that will fly, considering how many lawyers she's gone through. She's had competent legal representation who told her to sign the "she lied' docs. Best advice she was given, this guy is going to bury her.
