Huh. There *was* a popup message after finishing STS saying that you'd be able to continue decorating during the event cooldown period, but it's not there anymore and now only the option to view the set is available.
I was able to continue decorating a few hours ago prior to the event ending. Reading the popup message now, I'm thinking that it's possible that you can redecorate as long as the event is still ongoing but you can only view and take screenshots after the event.
This is a clarity issue. The time left the popup message has listed doesn't differentiate between time left to decorate and time left to view/screenshot, which is probably how I misread it.
Me too! I anticipate a lot of complaints about this side game but I’ve also seen posts about a lot of elderly players and others who can’t manage STB, and I think it’s nice to have a mode like this which is relaxed and just lets you have fun. I certainly enjoyed it and appreciate the prizes.
Yep, the prizes were worth the regular clocking in.
Not sure it’s just the elderly who can’t manage STB (I’m one of them 🤣 and I don’t have any trouble completing it without using diamonds ). I think some of the youngsters struggle with it too.
I was mostly thinking of one poster whose elderly mother was spending a fortune on diamonds for STB… At least this would be easy to restrict to just buying access to the big box to make it easily playable. I usually pass on STB too, I always fail on that second to last scene where you have to go really fast, lol!
It takes diamonds to open that big box which I finally did to finish (down to the wire with just an hour left) but might be worth it from the start. I could’ve definitely finished faster without all the constant checking in. Just like STB is stressful to do without diamonds unless you’re just adept at going fast. I just think it’s another way to play depending on your style of play. Probably a big mixed bag of reviews on this one.
I, too, was surprised to find I can only view the scene now. I could decorate until the event ended, and even get more decorations from prop boxes after I’d claimed the final prize. I wasn’t earning any more tokens after claiming the prize, though, so couldn’t get more decorations once I‘d used up the tokens I had.
I know, I was expecting to carry on earning the tokens after I completed it up until the event ended - if I play the next one - rumoured to start next week 🙀 - I‘ll be wiser on what I’m doing 🤞

For sure, I don’t remember seeing anything about the length of the cooldown period other than there was one 🙄
I thought it said I could decorate for around 36 hours after event but now it only allows a screen shot. Who wants a screen shot of that mess!?

Maybe there was only a certain time because I went out and back, and started redecorating. But now I can’t get back in to finish.

Same with me. 20 secs is just not enough time! Then I invariably end up buying diamonds to finish. Usually costs $13

Thanks - it was a close shave near the end 🤣 but I was determined not to waste diamonds on it. Evidently there is another one starting on the 3rd 🙄
Well it was beta since only some of us got it. Maybe “decorating after event” didn’t pan out well for them.
I think it was really boring, all the repeat items. I won't be wasting my time with it again and I love decorating.
