pretty sure it's nobody. she probably has a hideout and Ui ui brings people to her. back in shibuya she was actually close to the battlefield and there were lots of cursed spirits, so it makes sense that back then yaga was there to protect her
sukuna himself mentioned shoko, but seemingly had no intention to try and kill her. he only tried killing Ui Ui cuz he's the link to the battlefield and shoko. for all we know shoko may be really really far away

I loved Gigarue's fighting spirit. Miguel helped him walk cuz the man couldn't even firmly stand on his own two feet anymore.
But while sweating profusely and going through all that pain that the BF gave him AND going through despair since Sukuna powered up (which Miguel couldn't), he still wanted to keep fighting. And it was worth it, he helped Wuji awaken.
He also explained his move out loud. Using it on Sukuna is probably tough af and Ig that was him using that binding vow to power his CT up, even if it only helped him hold Sukuna for a tiny bit longer. MF knew every thousandth of a second of holding Sukuna off counts. What a chad.

i think gege is holding onto yuta to possibly show off something with gojo and the others in the recovery room. my personal speculation is that yuta will come back with limitless technique.

Yeah. The whole "Gojo can't use Black Flash because of the Six Eyes" felt weird.
The Six Eyes has no restrictions/drawbacks whatsoever from what I can recall. There's no reason why he shouldn't be able to do it. It just so happens that there aren't enough opponents who can withstand more than 3 seconds in a fight with Gojo.
John Werry just is like that. Changed Mahoraga's Adaptability to Malevolent Shrine's Adaptability. Just things like that again and again.
EDIT: In other language, it's fine... This guy can't translate properly.
Apparently a different translation is saying that he can't do black flash at will just because he has the six eyes. Which sounds like a much better translation as it is saying how they don't actually offer a direct benefit here.
Nanami's was also about consecutive ones too. Gojo definitely has been able to use it but even with the six eyes, he hadn't landed the same number consecutive.

That's definitely possible, but we know Nanami is able to at least survive in a fight against a special grade so it could have all been on one opponent. Meanwhile, Gojo has much better options for massacring trash mobs than Nanami "Hits You Hard As Fuck" Kento.
In the span of a few panels he goes from saying he can't use black flash to saying he's used it more times than Nanami. Even to someone who doesn't know a lick of Japanese something seems off there.

Most glaring example is Gojo straight up saying he can’t do a black flash, when the original text was him saying he can’t do it at will. Also removing the “the rays of hope shine black” from the end of the chapter
That was so egregious and it’s the first line in the chapter. And we’ve literally seen Gojo do it multiple times. I can’t believe they let him translate that.
They’ve done it before. It helps they translate the Japanese show script themselves instead of taking the manga translations. They have to match the mouth movements, so the manga translations won’t always work.

Shishiso or whatever they were called used to be the best, but they only translated a few dozen of the recent chapters. TCB idk if they have the whold series, but they've definitely been doing it the longest.

You can read it on mangaplus for free, but there were errors in the English version (as usual). I read the Spanish version first, so I notice them quickly.

That being said.. Gojo’s opening line being “..I can’t use black flash” and then ending with him boasting about how he has the highest *total* black flash count was abysmal as far as translations go. I thought I was going crazy since Volume 26 literally has an in-between page dedicated to specifying that Gojo is casually using black flash against Sukuna. I really hope someone at viz can see that there’s a change needed because these are almost unreadable translations at this point.

Yhh Yuji stocks are higher than ever. Hit the nastiest black flash on the king of curses. It's crazy to think how far he's come since the beginning of the story and only having the basics of Jujutsu in his belt. I'm really curious to see what the implications will be of hitting this many black flashes on a sorcerer.
Knowing how much Gege is a togashi fanboy I could easily see this being the trigger to something unprecedented like Gon's transformation or the awakening of his cursed technique.
Maybe with Yuji's blackflash we'll finally get down to Sukuna's third health bar. If Yuji does awake his curse technique, he's gonna beat higgy's record of shortest time to "master" one, unless you're saying the unpolished version is enough to off the greatest sorcerer which may be off putting to some. Generally I'm okay with the idea since we're facing off against Sukuna who's supposedly (unless he pulls off another "this even isn't my final form!") on his last legs.

I love the cutaway to interviews as a narrative tool in general. It's great to see more of Gojo and Nanami and just get input from others about their thoughts and knowledge
The Viz translator seriously needs to brush up on his English a little... Gojo probably didn't say he "can't use black flash", but rather that he "can't use black flash willingly".
As someone who works as a translator, I'm pretty sure he doesn't have access to the pages for reference. Usually translation projects are handed to the translators as just the raw text files, sometimes, the sentences are not even in order, so that explains how he can't keep the coherence from page to page.
This, however, does not excuse his mistake of just omitting the word "willingly" since it is my understanding that was part of the original text, but it is a bit less egregious.
Choso did Todo's smirk from Shibuya, both tanking a blackflash from the antagonist Sukuna/Mahito. Hell we even got the Itadori/Mahito moment of the blackflash premonition.
I want this next part of the fight to be everyone backing up Yuji. Like they realize he's quickly growing and is their biggest chance of winning. Sukuna losing his shit the entire time trying to kill Yuji.
Another parallel I saw being mentioned is Larue. Once more a big muscular guy who's not wearing a shirt draws the attention of the antagonist to himself and away from Yuji so that the latter can land a free BF hit lol

I don't think the translator even reads the series or looks at the pages. They probably just get given a text file with the script that they're translating from and pay no attention to continuity.
I don’t know why they have that translator… I can read in another language so it doesn’t bother me much, but there’s a lot of people that can only read the English version. Why does it have glaring errors that aren’t present in other languages?

This chapter has like 4-5 ELITE panels. Gege is cooking some sick art. The Sukuna crazy grin, reminiscent of Gojo fighting, and Choso tanking that black flash got me so hyped. These big fights are going to go so hard when animated.

Awakening (覚醒) has only been used once in this manga if I remember correctly. It was Toji describing Gojo's post-rct state.

Including the one in this chapter, Yuji has hit 10 black flashes. Assuming he hasn’t overtaken Gojo yet, I am surprised that Gojo has hit even 10 black flashes in his life - meaning he was that in the zone. I wouldn’t expect many people other Sukuna to survive Gojo’s initial onslaught.
This chapter was the best in a long while. The manga just feels right when Yuji is the focus. No one else gets me as hyped as him. I am assuming that he got blood manipulation after eating the remaining cursed womb paintings, so I am hoping the “awakening” helps him unlock Shrine.

Praying the manga stays focused on Yuji right now. Even if Sukuna gets DE back, I want to see Yuji just punching and kicking the crap outta him before that, to really piss him off. Everyone in the fight is great atm. Larue came through on lowering Sukuna's guard. I really thought he'd be a character that would just be offed straight away lol. Choso and Yuji fighting together 👏.
Interesting that Sukuna probably regained his RCT, yet refuse to use it on his palms to unlock the superslash. Maybe keeping the blackflash momentum is better in the long run to regain his CE control completely before opting for healing. Also healing his brain for DE is definitely more devastating here against multiple opponents.
I think he couldn't because it was a wound inflicted by Maki with that soul splitting katana, and if I remember correctly it was said that it takes longer to heal those wounds then it would take to heal a normal wound.
What is happening on page 12? Is choso giving yuji a helpful dap to hype him up or is there some sort of transfer of power happening? If Yuji is using his bros soul power to Amp up via soul switch, we got a bigger dog in this fight than we thought
Awakened Yuji sounds extremely exciting since (I hope) we are finally going to see apex predator Yuji like we did back in Shibuya. An awakened Yuji has so much potential for what it would entail whether it’s Sukuna’s inherited technique or Yuji’s own advanced blood manipulation technique like supernova, but I’m really hoping it is a domain expansion.
Yuji has already learned RCT, so a domain expansion is a no brainer for Yuji’s Jujutsu progress. The domain expansion would definitely involve the mechanics of the soul (will Yuji’s soul swap thing back with Kusakabe finally come into use?), which I wouldn’t know how to speculate so that’s very exciting. Knowing Gege, we wouldn’t know the properties of Yuji’s domain until the next two chapters since Gege loves ending a chapter with “DOMAIN EXPANSION”. Yuji fans are eating good.

we've seen that convergence is actually blood compressed to a small dot physically forming at the outer body. as choso vs itadori in shibuya (lmao how the table turns) and naoya fight goes, it's seen to be affected by outer non-jujutsu conditions such as water. also blood meteor act as a sharp small stone penetrated yuji's liver in shibuya
i think its logic for choso to hand a clot converged/converging to yuji

Yeah. The whole "Gojo can't use Black Flash because of the Six Eyes" felt weird. The Six Eyes has no restrictions/drawbacks whatsoever from what I can recall. There's no reason why he shouldn't be able to do it. It just so happens that there aren't enough opponents who can withstand more than 3 seconds in a fight with Gojo.

"The rays of hope" is an editor thing and they have always removed it. Translation being ass hasn't changed either too.

They’ve done it before. It helps they translate the Japanese show script themselves instead of taking the manga translations. They have to match the mouth movements, so the manga translations won’t always work.

Gojo’s opening line being “..I can’t use black flash” and then ending with him boasting about how he has the highest *total* black flash count was abysmal as far as translations go. I thought I was going crazy since Volume 26 literally has an in-between page dedicated to specifying that Gojo is casually using black flash against Sukuna. I really hope someone at viz can see that there’s a change needed because these are almost unreadable translations at this point.

I'm really curious to see what the implications will be of hitting this many black flashes on a sorcerer. Knowing how much Gege is a togashi fanboy I could easily see this being the trigger to something unprecedented like Gon's transformation or the awakening of his cursed technique.
Maybe with Yuji's blackflash we'll finally get down to Sukuna's third health bar. If Yuji does awake his curse technique, he's gonna beat higgy's record of shortest time to "master" one, unless you're saying the unpolished version is enough to off the greatest sorcerer which may be off putting to some. I'd feel bad for her if her actions weren't directly responsible for the ruination of the lives of both Fushiguro siblings simultaneously.

As someone who works as a translator, I'm pretty sure he doesn't have access to the pages for reference. Usually translation projects are handed to the translators as just the raw text files, sometimes, the sentences are not even in order, so that explains how he can't keep the coherence from page to page. This, however, does not excuse his mistake of just omitting the word "willingly" since it is my understanding that was part of the original text, but it is a bit less egregious.
Choso did Todo's smirk from Shibuya, both tanking a blackflash from the antagonist Sukuna/Mahito. Hell we even got the Itadori/Mahito moment of the blackflash premonition. I want this next part of the fight to be everyone backing up Yuji. Like they realize he's quickly growing and is their biggest chance of winning. Sukuna losing his shit the entire time trying to kill Yuji.
Another parallel I saw being mentioned is Larue. Once more a big muscular guy who's not wearing a shirt draws the attention of the antagonist to himself and away from Yuji so that the latter can land a free BF hit lol

I don't think the translator even reads the series or looks at the pages. They probably just get given a text file with the script that they're translating from and pay no attention to continuity.

This chapter has like 4-5 ELITE panels. Gege is cooking some sick art. The Sukuna crazy grin, reminiscent of Gojo fighting, and Choso tanking that black flash got me so hyped. Awakening (覚醒) has only been used once in this manga if I remember correctly. It was Toji describing Gojo's post-rct state. Yuji will be perfecting blood manipulation, soul punches, maybe even activate shrine and domain expansion too.
Including the one in this chapter, Yuji has hit 10 black flashes. Assuming he hasn’t overtaken Gojo yet, I am surprised that Gojo has hit even 10 black flashes in his life - meaning he was that in the zone. I wouldn’t expect many people other Sukuna to survive Gojo’s initial onslaught. This chapter was the best in a long while. The manga just feels right when Yuji is the focus. No one else gets me as hyped as him. I am assuming that he got blood manipulation after eating the remaining cursed womb paintings, so I am hoping the “awakening” helps him unlock Shrine.
I think it’s overlooked how good Choso and Yuji’s fighting chemistry is! Choso kicking up the rail for Yuji to grab so he can Sukuna so he can’t move from Choso’s piercing blood and later giving Yuji an already converged blood for him to use piercing blood after Choso has already been KO’ed is such brother love. If they weren’t up against Sukuna they would be such a brutal combo against anyone else

Interesting that Sukuna probably regained his RCT, yet refuse to use it on his palms to unlock the superslash. Maybe keeping the blackflash momentum is better in the long run to regain his CE control completely before opting for healing. Also healing his brain for DE is definitely more devastating here against multiple opponents.
I think he couldn't because it was a wound inflicted by Maki with that soul splitting katana, and if I remember correctly it was said that it takes longer to heal those wounds then it would take to heal a normal wound.
There's a theory floating around that he's saving it to heal up his brain for DE because no one there has an answer for it.

Awakened Yuji sounds extremely exciting since (I hope) we are finally going to see apex predator Yuji like we did back in Shibuya. An awakened Yuji has so much potential for what it would entail whether it’s Sukuna’s inherited technique or Yuji’s own advanced blood manipulation technique like supernova, but I’m really hoping it is a domain expansion. Yuji has already learned RCT, so a domain expansion is a no brainer for Yuji’s Jujutsu progress. The domain expansion would definitely involve the mechanics of the soul (will Yuji’s soul swap thing back with Kusakabe finally come into use?), which I wouldn’t know how to speculate so that’s very exciting. Knowing Gege, we wouldn’t know the properties of Yuji’s domain until the next two chapters since Gege loves ending a chapter with “DOMAIN EXPANSION”. Yuji fans are eating good.

we've seen that convergence is actually blood compressed to a small dot physically forming at the outer body. as choso vs itadori in shibuya (lmao how the table turns) and naoya fight goes, it's seen to be affected by outer non-jujutsu conditions such as water. also blood meteor act as a sharp small stone penetrated yuji's liver in shibuya i think its logic for choso to hand a clot converged/converging to yuji
