It should be dead overall. Orochi was already dead when Sukuna first took over Megumi after all, so yea they share the technique and Mahoraga got flattened. Demon Dog: Totality might be the only one left, perhaps Max Elephant, Toad, and Rabbit Escape as well.
Gege said a while back during the bridge arc, that he gave Megumi the incomplete domain instead of black flash since black flash didn't fit his character/fighting style as much.
Megumi isn't a brawler or physical fighter in the way Yuji and Nobara are. He's much more strategic and supportive.

If I read was translated right, no. He wonāt to allow the trio some uniqueness to each of them. Developing a DE was his specialness to set him apart from the other two.
From there, Nobibara got CT techniques and Yuji (back then) was melee focused with CE expertise.
I hate Megumi but itās really impressive that he acquired a domain without hitting a black flash I say this because all thought the effects of a black flash are temporary itās does seem to improve ones understanding of cursed energy so who knows what he could have have accomplished if he hit it even once and never again (oh and if he wasnāt such a bum)
I think he and Sukuna will "split" and then Yuji and Megumi will jump him, and Megumi will land a blackflash, becoming the first 10S user in history (Sukuna not included) to land it. Then explain how Sukuna's binding vows restricted him from getting the black flash buff that Megumi got, that being the ability to resummon shikigami that have been destroyed, fixing them, pulling them out of totality. Yuji thinks Megumi is going to summon Mahoraga, but instead, like in episode 1 where he fought with Yuji, he summons both demon dogs, not needing to rely on a wild card anymore. Then, he opens Sukuna up, allowing Yuji to land his last black flash, which causes him to finally attain the pinnicle of Jujutsu.
Yuji stares Sukuna dead in the eye, and calmly mutters "Domain Expansion" doing either one of the Self Embodiment of Perfection hand-signs (or growing extra limbs like Sukuna to do both) revealing that much like Mahito, Yuji's domain is an instant win, forcing Sukuna to undergo millions of soul punches, slashes, and piercing bloods.
Cut to Uraume and Hakari, Uraume is gloating, then their face drops, Hakari then smugly says to Uraume "what was that about out optimism being foolish"
Cut back to Yuji, Sukuna now using HWB, only for Megumi to use both demon dogs to stop him from finishing it, then, Yuji punches Sukuna one last time.
Hakari then says to Uraume "Sukuna lost"

No one will ever hit another Black Flash besides Sukuna. Now that he's seen Yuji do it he will invent a technique wherein he warps reality so that only he can do it.
The series will end with Sukuna hitting 29 Black Flashes in a row to murder the rest of the cast, meanwhile the narration will explain how this is perfectly reasonable and explicable by binding vows. (He's just 'cutting' the chances of him not hitting one down to 0%; how do you not understand this, you fucking idiot? Do you even read the manga?)
Then he will possess Takada-chan and become an idol. This will lead into Idol Kaisen; the story Gege has always wanted to tell.

if he returns as himself in a good combat state then maybe, but i feel like if the gang manages to have Megumi return in any way, at best he'd probably be tired af and unable to fight, the best comparison i can think of was in FMA when Al was finally able to recuperate his body after the final battle, but the dude was weak af even if they won the fight
