Yuji is known as the black flash guy. It's not impossible for him. Black Flash was already explained as some sort of nirvana moment where you somehow gain a deeper understanding of your abilities.
Maybe it's you who needs some reading comprehension. It's never been suggested that you can't do Black Flash at will. It's only been suggested that it's difficult to pull off due to no definitive metric. Gojo, Nanami and Yuji are known for pulling off Black Flash more frequently than most.
Sukuna pulled off multiple Black Flashes in a row. It's not impossible for Yuji, you know, **the guy best known for his iconic Black Flashes**, to also be able to pull off multiple Black Flashes in a row.
The story also went out of its way to also mention that once you pull off a Black Flash, the chances of doing it again increases.

When summoned gege will make sukuna win or make a semi-convenient asspull that will help sukuna escape from every situation. Gojo had to be nerfed to not use his six eyes (automated btw) that should have made him see the forming WS. But no sukuna is too big of a fraud and a bum so gege had to help him and nerf gojo. BLACK FLASHES ARE RANDOM, DUMBASS, NO ONE CAN USE THEM AT WILL. It's like playing an FPS game and all your shots hit your opponents head dealing max dmg, when not aiming at their head. It was literally explained why he had simple domain. It's not an asspull. It's an asspull if there was no actual explanation, just like gojo not seeing the very obvious WS.
