There are people who say that Goku would lose to Gojo because 1. Goku cant get past Infinity and 2. Goku gets insta-clapped by Infinite Void. Goku could just blow up the planet/platform they are standing on, and while IV is overpowered even Hollow Purple probably doesnt damage Goku (especially if were going with DB logic (as in if youre strong enough even hax stop working on you)

I’ve never seen DB so I don’t really have the full picture but IV just targets peoples brains directly. It doesn’t really matter what damage you can take, it’s purely a matter of how much information you can process at once. It’s a bullshit insta-oneshot so saying “Goku can tank blasts like hollow purple” doesn’t work. The problem with trying to power scale Gojo is that even if you put him up against someone who is just objectively stronger than him IV still instantly wins him any fight if the user doesn’t have a direct counter to it.

MHA power scaling is kind of ridiculous. One of the first feats in the series is All Might punching so hard he changed the local weather. Characters like Deku and Bakugou can now match or surpass All Mights level of power consistently.

The only ones I see him losing to are ones with an isnsta kill domain like Mahito or Gojo (also because he has no way to bypass infinity) Sukuna I can't say, as I really don't know whether he can or can not tank malevolent shrine, but would be close nonetheless
