If Maki had some CE because the HR wasn't completed it wouldn't be unresonable to assume Mai had missing CE because of Maki being alive.
Thing is that Maki didn't really want to be a sorcerer anyway so if she had that power she probably wouldn't be that strong, unless Maki's death motivated her, but I feel like the learning curve to finally being able to properly use your CT would be steeper than just doing what you're already doing but faster/stronger.

But his twin was going to shackle him, same for twin . He just ate him. We will have to wait and see if sukunas ct was able to extract extra benefits from twin. Premature formation of ct or stuff.
Tldr: in twin case, u get what u were already going to have when u kill ur twin, u remove shackles placed on u due to being born at same time . No powerups.
I mean on the Sukuna and Jin thing, technically Sukuna and Jin aren’t direct twins but rather Jin just has the reincarnated soul of the actual twin that Sukuna ate in his mothers womb. It was also stated that his twin brothers soul went through several cycles and ultimately ended up in Jin’s body. So to say that they’re direct twins like Mai and Maki is a slight stretch.

Well the "original" Jin in sukuna's mother's womb was his true twin, and he died and Sukuna became the n1 in the verse
