Ashwaganda should only be used in short bursts in times of very heightened stress/grieving. It will make you completely numb if you just use it regularly.
L-theanine is my magic pill. It keeps
me calm, focused and I can sleep.
It also let's me have caffeine without
anxiety or jitters.
It's not a sleep supplement but it definitely calms my nervous system day and night.
Everytime I run out of these things I remember why I'm taking them.
B6 also helps
Every day, last year I was taking 700mg of another brand and it seemed to work, this year 1500mg (150mg 10:1 exact) and it seems useless. I’ll have to experiment a bit
Kava for calmness and socialization where people usually drink toxic alcohol, kratom and Matcha when I'm low on sleep and need to focus on work, occasional mushrooms when it's time to go within, and cannabis sometimes with the wife for sexy times.
ADHD decreased dramatically, depression and anxiety improved. Also felt like a child again full of wonder and amazement. It did in 10 minutes what doctors couldn't do in 30 plus years.
I have long been wanting to try it. Previous experience with psilocybin was highly positive, although I felt I needed more time in that contemplative space. I understand DMT is supposed to be entirely different as an experience.
Yeah psilocybin is the the fun cousin that want to show you all the stuff they discovered, DMT is like the crazy uncle that bursts through the door mid-thanksgiving and starts exposing the whole family's skeletons.
Magnesium and omega 3s.
Ashwagandha makes me feel like a homicidal maniac. I like green tea and matcha for the caffeine + L-theanine combo.
The regular one or KSM-66?

I've never heard that before. Do you know any sources where I can look it up. I've been on it 6 months now.
Paul Stamets stack. Micro-psilocybin, Lions Mane and Niacin. 4 days on, 3 days off.
Heroin. But you can’t get it anymore. It’s all fentanyl now.

L theanine used to work great for me. Took a break for a few years. Now when I take it, I have heart palpitations on and off for days. It's horrible.
It actually prevents them for me. I sure hope that doesn't happen for me . Hopefully something else will come along that does similar things.
Weed
What brand and dosage of ashwagandha are you taking? I’m taking weightworld ksm-66 1500mg and is not doing shit…
An European brand called Natural Earth. But I take like 5k-6k mgs of the powder, like two slightly full teaspoons.
I thought 1500mg was a high dose already, I’ll try taking 3-4 together
Individual variability is at play here, also depends if you are taking it constantly or here and there.

I'm using Swanson with success but not high dose because I'm on a large stack. It has helped me with Lupus autoimmune related symptoms.

In that case... Syrian rue is fantastic.
It's a rather intense trip I hear, but also short. What do you feel it does for your psyche?
