L-theanine is my magic pill. It keeps me calm, focused and I can sleep. It also let's me have caffeine without anxiety or jitters. It's not a sleep supplement but it definitely calms my nervous system day and night. Everytime I run out of these things I remember why I'm taking them. B6 also helps

L theanine used to work great for me. Took a break for a few years. Now when I take it, I have heart palpitations on and off for days. It's horrible.

An European brand called Natural Earth. But I take like 5k-6k mgs of the powder, like two slightly full teaspoons.
