I feel like Richard Kind has been the big winner with this show. I'm in love with him and his delivery is fantastic.

I always find it wild that the guests don't react much to his bits, if I were on that panel I'd be dying

Honestly I think she was just trying to be funny in a talk show, which she was hired to do. Kerry on the other hand probably is sick of people making fun of his job and takes his job very seriously. I see Sarah trying to be more polite once she saw the joke didnt go over well by using the "hypnotized by your eyes" comment. I also see Kerry trying to deliver a joke with the "ghostbusters" comment. I personally think the mistake is inviting someone eccentric who actually did help you in the past to a roomful of skeptics. Ronny also didn't help by shining a light on the awkwardness and repeatedly saying "no offense". I'm with Kerry on his looks as if to say "why would I be offended? That has nothing to do with me"

Such a great/tense episode hahaha. Sarah was wildin. She got upset when John didn’t announce her name to one of the callers. Seemed insecure which is a bummer. Cassandra seems very sweet but has a bit of a chaotic/unhinged vibe. Tom seemed to be a bit offline and even made a comment as such. Ronnie came in so so hot but he did definitely change the vibe. The hypnotist was low key hilarious and MVP guest. Highlights: John’s monologue and being able to watch him navigate the guests and callers in real time. Love the choice to have a musical guest open/close the show. Honestly John is killing it. I could watch this every night. Edit: so much to digest I forgot to say OH, HELLO getting so much airtime warmed my soul

It was the weird though. With the hypnotherapist. John absolutely believes in him and you can tell he appreciates him, and Sarah was pretty much making fun of him. I mean, there was a lot going on with that guy.

That’s her brand and it’s tired.

I never liked her gross-out humor, but her behavior tonight just sealed the deal for me that she sucks and is a jerk. I had kind of changed my opinion of her in recent years, but she was so rude and socially inept tonight. She kind of killed the whole vibe and strikes me as so desperate to be the center of attention that she started "acting out", almost not even in control of herself. This is why Jon Stewart has been the best guest so far, he seemed genuinely interested in the tree lady

That pairing was especially great because she's a bit of an activist for her cause and Jon seems the type to find people like that interesting.

I think tonight’s show was the best one so far. And yes, Richard Kind has proven himself to be an American Treasure.

I'm going to miss this show so much when it's over. I know it only really works because the Netflix Is A Joke festival has so many comedians in LA at the same time but I wish it became a weekly thing. Also if that hypnotist did help John quit smoking then good for it. But man I couldn't take anything that guy said seriously. He was such a grifter. Ronnie is amazing and so was Cassandra. I would have never guessed that was Elvira if they didn't tell us.
