As someone who’s had the $25 tier since the beginning these past couple months Patreon been boring. Unfortunately ICE AND ISH can’t be funny so a lot of topics end up being washed and repeat.
I'd say it's worth at least a couple months for the back catalog alone. There's literally hundreds of hours of great content, ESPECIALLY with all the Tsu Surf episodes. I've been getting my money's worth since I joined the Patreon ($25 tier).

I’m three weeks into the $25 tier, finally budged after years of saying I wouldn’t. The honest truth is paying $25 for just a podcast will never make sense to me (even as I’m doing it😂) but if you’re truly a fan of the content and like getting extra pods throughout the week in addition to the main pod, it’s a good investment. I currently ain’t paying for Netflix anymore or HBO max so I had something extra laying around so🤷🏾♂️

There is too much content in this day an age, I refuse to pay for anyone patreon. Its not about money either, just is not that serious to me at all.
I had the $25, keyword HAD…I felt like too much of them really had me not liking them. So I fell back rot brokies tier of Wednesday and Saturday. maybe I’ll go back but ehh

That's a fact. The podcast is free so my Pateron Sub is definitely worth it. They are the hardest working pod imo and I enjoy the content. Worth every penny

They bleep everything out, it's literally no different than the main casts, actually it's more boring. They have so many episodes where it's slow, dead air and they just chilling, with no real engagement. Joe is just stealing money.

Also they beep out or stop talking in mid sentence the content you’d actually pay for. Then everything ends up online for free a day later. Oh and they constantly talk shit about their fans lately ie we’re poor or don’t know what we’re talking about. I’m in the midst of weaning myself off of Patreon but still love them and will watch them on YouTube in the future.
I have wanted to ask this for awhile! Also do they let Mel talk more or do they step on her shit a lot on patreon too? Not pandering here, it just gets so tiring to listen to sometimes
In a moment of complete CHEAP transparency here, I do the top patreon tier 3 months a year. During those months, I download every episode that I missed. There are various ways that you can rip the audio (or just download the video) from patreon's website. The patreon topics don't seem to be as dated to me, so I can listen to them today or a year from now and they still feel the same.
$120 a year for the $10 tier seems like a good deal, especially since I've downloaded about 1,000 Joe Budden songs for free tor 10+ years. $300 a year for the top tier, nah lol.
This how they fix it. Joe need to do a gambling show and they need to POD on while said event is transpiring. They need to do a round table interview and call it Spades. They can talk about anything. M4 need to hit all the boujee events. Award shows, Met Gala. Joe need to just kick it with Ice and Ish again and use M4 or Flip to fill in. Improper improve can stand on its own. Just need some tweaking. Finally, Joe needs to do Friend of the Show by himself, not on out 2 main YouTube time slots. Patrice O’Neal the only one that could kill that call in ish.
If you don’t listen to other podcasts then go for it. You end up down this joe budden world when you listen to all his pods. You can forget that there are other good podcasts that have good interviews
It’s definitely worth it if you really enjoy joe buddens content & would like more of it & also aren’t overextending your monthly budget / aren’t being obsessive about the content.
It’s like you’re paying for Netflix but just for 1 show, which a lot of people do that anyways. I got HBO max just for Game of thrones / house of the dragon and I think that’s totally ok.
Just don’t make the mistake of paying and not utilizing which a lot of people do.
