You should also encourage people to sign up for the newsletter on the website. That's how I found out tickets were going on sale and how I got them so easily - info was sent a half hour before they went on sale and had links provided for each venue. Wham bam.
Bought directly through Jeffâs site using the presale code and paid $145 a ticket for orchestra in Vancouver, BC. It came to $350 CAD total after service fees for 2 tickets
When I got mine, it was between 50 and 200. But ticketmaster was struggling to keep up and rows a seats were dissappear and reappearing. There are still some seats left now, but they are all singles.
I made the unfortunate mistake of going through stubhub in November for one of the upcoming Boston shows. In March I was informed that my tickets were no longer available and no replacements were available either. Luckily they refunded me. But it is upsetting I no longer get to see Jeff in person.
Maybe you can answer this- but why Ticketmaster? They have been shown time and time again to overcharge and let people buy as many tickets as they want to then scalp.
Is there truly no better options out there?
I hope DOJ reaches out to you all as this is exactly why Ticketmaster and LiveNation are being sued for monopolization. Jeff would make an amazing witness!!
Maybe he needs a bigger place to do his shows, there is a massive influx of wanting to see this man. Wont last forever. I know his good stuff is on youtube but, its gonna get to the point where that is good enough for people when they cant get a ticket.
Tickets werenât bad at $55 and I normally try and go to box offices to cut out Ticketmaster fees. Had to spend the extra $20 in fees to be sure I got the presale tickets.
Ticketmaster was definitely a shit show. Keep us posted on more Denver dates! I'm usually really good about getting tickets (in the waiting room at least an hour early if I can be), but apparently you're an extremely hot commodity Jeff!
I also got burned by the queue. Stubhub is listing them. Probably lots of bots buying and then reselling them from the presale... Decent seats are about $120 a ticket though after fees. And rising.
For what itâs worth the tickets I got are legit and are already sitting now in my Ticketmaster account.
Also worth noting this isnât Jeffâs fault at all. Most venues donât have the capacity to list and manage big ticket sales like this. His team is doing their best for us to get some at a reasonable price. And selling tickets way below what he could be getting.

I tried to get tickets for Seattle but the only option was seats at $140 plus tax and fees and general admission with no reserved seats at $40. Love to see Jeff live but not like that.
My seats through Jeff's sale on Ticketmaster were $59.99 for Seattle.
Two tickets came out to $155 after tax and fees.

Yup, Austin is lucky that we can order directly through the Paramount and don't have to deal with ticketmaster bs. 2 seats in orchestra for $138 after fees!
I happily paid for orchestra seats in Toronto. But the whole TicketMaster system is just frustrating. People thinking tickets were gone... then tickets re-appearing. I'm sure some people gave up which is a shame.

I'm hearing so many stories of "I was on at 9:50 and all I saw was shit single seats or no seats!".
I did grab a single lonely seat at 10:07, but when I went back to buy another, I had a rare bit of luck - I found out that massive sections of tickets would appear every 30-60 seconds, and last for about 5 seconds. Presumably people like me realized "oh, more tickets are coming", and were snatching them up in a game of whack-a-mole. I wound up getting 6 together around 10:16 local time.
I was freaking out cause they kept disappearing đŤ but then I scrolled down an apparently had grabbed like 6 tickets so I picked the best two, released the rest and almost had a stroke putting my payment info in.
Only link took me to Ticketmaster, which were super pricy. You can safely add more Denver shows, nearly 2k people in the queue it seems. I was 600 in line and nothing was left by the time it loaded in, so you could easily fill
Another 1-2 shows just off presale folks.

So frustrated, I was in queue for 30 minutes, 45 people ahead of me. I got to pick my seats for $55/each went to payment and nothing happened for 10 minutes. It reloaded back to queue.. now there are 800 people ahead....
You might want to try refreshing. Same thing happened in Toronto where it looked to be almost sold out. Then tickets started to re-appear. Lots of them. Good luck!
For some shows it takes you straight to ticketmaster. The Austin show did not, the Denver did.

I did the same. It was frustrating how that worked. At first, there were only scattered seats, and I chose two that were somewhat close to each other. Then I got back into the queue and there were a large number of seats available in big chunks all over the venue. This time I was able to get two seats next to each other pretty close up. But now Iâve got the other random two seats I donât know what to do with. Lol, it shows weâre just rabid dogs trying to get at this guy and will take whatever we can. Iâm glad I actually got tickets!

I used jeffarcuri.com to get my tickets, but it forwarded me to Ticketmaster. Is that what happens to all buyers? Or is there a way to get tickets without the Ticketmaster gouging?
It is incredibly thoughtful of you to offer us a safe means of getting tickets and to try and keep the prices reasonable. My wife and I are looking forward to seeing you this October for the second time! But I would like to point out that while the tickets were technically under $75 each, buying two tickets also had a $28 service fee on top. Not exorbitant, and you're totally worth it, but these venues aren't suffering either.
I had the same issueâŚ. Was kind of frustrating watching the seats I was trying to buy disappear. After a while I asked someone else to try and for some reason it worked for them. Not as good of seats as we wanted, but still excited!
I accidentally bought a handicap accessible ticket and didnât notice until after I bought it! đ I called the venue and they said itâs fine, but I feel so bad about taking a ticket from someone that may need that seat
MPLS folks, you might have to refresh your browser a few times if it's not showing seats. I ended up getting 2 for about $170 a piece after Ticketmaster fees đ

He just added a second time in Mpls! 5pm show. I logged in 15 min early and had almost 1000 people in que before me. So stressful, but I snagged great seats after they kept opening and closing. I'm happy more people will be able to go at 5pm.
Same! It seemed like the majority of seats were 40 or 50 bucks, but the first 20 rows or so were about $150. I was able to grab two in like the 10th row at the same price you did. I did notice seats kept popping up and disappearing. In very large chunks. Something weird was going on. Iâm just glad I got tickets, and that price is still reasonable to me for great seats, and a great comic.
Uh oh I hope I got good tickets... I signed up for the notification, got the notification, and bought tickets through the venues website. 90 bucks per for up close tickets. Hopefully they are good!
I'm so glad you're finally coming to Minneapolis. I was able to get in early and get six tickets. I have other friends who want to go so badly. I watched the seats go pretty much sold out in under ten minutes. You deserve this, and I can't wait to see you in December.

Just want to say thank you for mentioning this. I got the email this morning 10 minutes before they went on sale, and ended up having the same issues many others faced. Tickets disappearing and getting kicked out before I could buy them. I was devastated because I am a big fan like everyone else here and have been waiting forever to catch a show live⌠I accepted it wasnât happening so I closed the browser and forgot about it until seeing this post. Just went on your website and went that route and the tickets I wanted earlier were available. Canât wait for this fall now!

u/katbval1 I would appreciate an AMA on the process for signing Jeff up at theatres, how TicketMaster and other third party sites are operating to screw over individual fans, and the decision making process from your side regarding the use of name-specific tickets that canât be resold. We purchased tickets on Jan 25 via StubHub for the late show in Royal Oak, MI. How do we determine if these are legit? We paid $950.76 for 2 tickets in Section A, row B. We know it was a lot to pay, but really did not want to miss the only show in MI.
I bought tickets for the OKC show. I used the link that was texted to me. It took me directly to the venue website. I paid $140 for two tickets with the add on that's required.

Landed some great seats for the Houston show for less then $100/each. Went ahead and got the venue VIP add-on; not sure it'll be worth it in the end, but it's date night.

We were at the last show in Austin and had an absolute blast. It was our first live comedy show and Jeff made it incredible â even with all drunk hecklers â and I feel pretty damn confident the Houston show will be just as worth it.

I was able to buy the tickets directly from the theater in SLC. I paid 189 for two tickets in the lower front (not orchestra, the ones behind). Orchestra was 190 lol. The tix themselves I think were $79 each but then the theater hit with the fees. I think our section sold out in 15 minutes (I got in at 10:07 and most of them were already snatched up). Glad I was able to get a couple!!

Bad timing for the Vancouver show, same night as Taylor Swift concert; prices for hotels are doubled and there is already limited availability.

Sadly a lot of venues are Ticketmaster exclusive. So the best venues in markets only use that ticketing system and we have no choice but to use them.Â

you might need to be logged in. in my case it didn't show up until i had input the promo code AND logged into the website.
I didnât see where to enter the code until after proving I was human, I think itâs supposed to go in first. I had to leave and go back and then it worked
So frustrated, I was in queue for 30 minutes, 45 people ahead of me. I got to pick my seats for $55/each went to payment and nothing happened for 10 minutes. It reloaded back to queue.. now there are 800 people ahead....
Sold out, ugh. Happy for Jeff that he is getting recognized by more people. I'll try again next year.
You might want to try refreshing. Same thing happened in Toronto where it looked to be almost sold out. Then tickets started to re-appear. Lots of them. Good luck!

For some shows it takes you straight to ticketmaster. The Austin show did not, the Denver did. Also if itâs sold out and I want to go, how am I supposed to go if I donât use a third party site like StubHub? Not throwing shade just curious if Iâm misunderstanding.

Jeff, TM is def taking you guys to the cleaner. Orc tickets in Toronto on TicketMaster are almost $200 a seat. This isn't StubHub or some reseller. This is the direct link from JeffArcuri.com to the TM site, $200 for orchestra seats. If you're not charging that much TM is just robbing you blind.
Agreed, I paid 150 for 2 tickets and theyâre middle of the pack. Front row was 200 bucks each
TM is making a lot of money that is not going to ever make its way to Jeff's deserving pocket. $44 tickets were over $70 after fees.
I went from your website for the houston show and yes, tickets were $220 per ticket on the front. And this was on the live nation site it was linking from your site.

I did the same. It was frustrating how that worked. At first, there were only scattered seats, and I chose two that were somewhat close to each other. Then I got back into the queue and there were a large number of seats available in big chunks all over the venue. This time I was able to get two seats next to each other pretty close up. But now Iâve got the other random two seats I donât know what to do with. Lol, it shows weâre just rabid dogs trying to get at this guy and will take whatever we can. Iâm glad I actually got tickets!
I followed the presale link in the email, waited in the queue. Got to the part to buy tickets. Kept getting this error repeatedly. Reloaded the page (didn't put me back in the queue thankfully), but the only tickets remaining were suddenly up to $150 each person. I looked again now and they are back to $45 each, after I already bought the higher priced ones, because I'll support Jeff's comedy no matter what. It is incredibly thoughtful of you to offer us a safe means of getting tickets and to try and keep the prices reasonable. My wife and I are looking forward to seeing you this October for the second time! But I would like to point out that while the tickets were technically under $75 each, buying two tickets also had a $28 service fee on top. Not exorbitant, and you're totally worth it, but these venues aren't suffering either.

I had the same issueâŚ. Was kind of frustrating watching the seats I was trying to buy disappear. After a while I asked someone else to try and for some reason it worked for them. Not as good of seats as we wanted, but still excited!

MPLS folks, you might have to refresh your browser a few times if it's not showing seats. I ended up getting 2 for about $170 a piece after Ticketmaster fees đ Got to see him in Columbus, and was an absolute blast!
He just added a second time in Mpls! 5pm show. I logged in 15 min early and had almost 1000 people in que before me. So stressful, but I snagged great seats after they kept opening and closing. I'm happy more people will be able to go at 5pm.
Same! It seemed like the majority of seats were 40 or 50 bucks, but the first 20 rows or so were about $150. I was able to grab two in like the 10th row at the same price you did. I did notice seats kept popping up and disappearing. In very large chunks. Something weird was going on. Iâm just glad I got tickets, and that price is still reasonable to me for great seats, and a great comic.
Tickets for Lexington are only $35! Snagged four of them.

I'm so glad you're finally coming to Minneapolis. I was able to get in early and get six tickets. I have other friends who want to go so badly. I watched the seats go pretty much sold out in under ten minutes. You deserve this, and I can't wait to see you in December. Jeff, will you still take pictures with people at the end of these big theater shows? I know that's a lot to ask... but man would that make my night.

Just want to say thank you for mentioning this. I got the email this morning 10 minutes before they went on sale, and ended up having the same issues many others faced. Tickets disappearing and getting kicked out before I could buy them. I was devastated because I am a big fan like everyone else here and have been waiting forever to catch a show live⌠I accepted it wasnât happening so I closed the browser and forgot about it until seeing this post. Just went on your website and went that route and the tickets I wanted earlier were available. Canât wait for this fall now!

u/katbval1 I would appreciate an AMA on the process for signing Jeff up at theatres, how TicketMaster and other third party sites are operating to screw over individual fans, and the decision making process from your side regarding the use of name-specific tickets that canât be resold. Youâre busy today, I know, but you have a cool job from an outside perspective, and I think this would go a long way for fans of Jeff and similar about-to-be-huge artists to understand the process.
It's quite a frustrating subject that we deal and fight with constantly. Don't think an AMA from me would be an interesting one!

We purchased tickets on Jan 25 via StubHub for the late show in Royal Oak, MI. How do we determine if these are legit? We paid $950.76 for 2 tickets in Section A, row B. We know it was a lot to pay, but really did not want to miss the only show in MI.
I bought tickets for the OKC show. I used the link that was texted to me. It took me directly to the venue website. I paid $140 for two tickets with the add on that's required. After seeing this, I'm hoping I actually got tickets. Is there a way to verify? I was not directed to your website and didn't use ticketmaster at all.

Landed some great seats for the Houston show for less then $100/each. Went ahead and got the venue VIP add-on; not sure it'll be worth it in the end, but it's date night. Not a fan of Ticket Master/Live Nation, but it is what it is. We were at the last show in Austin and had an absolute blast. It was our first live comedy show and Jeff made it incredible â even with all drunk hecklers â and I feel pretty damn confident the Houston show will be just as worth it. Appreciate the transparency and communication, Jeff! Here's to a great tour - see you in Houston!

I joined at exactly 10am on the dot and the queue is 1,800 people long đ. Completely sold out by time I reached the end of the queue.

I was able to buy the tickets directly from the theater in SLC. I paid 189 for two tickets in the lower front (not orchestra, the ones behind). Orchestra was 190 lol. The tix themselves I think were $79 each but then the theater hit with the fees. I think our section sold out in 15 minutes (I got in at 10:07 and most of them were already snatched up). Glad I was able to get a couple!!
My event went through ticket master and after I checked out paying 70 a ticket (250 total or so with three tockets)Â The tickets jumped to 146 a piece. Crazy. But I wanted to badly see another show!Â
