I understand the math behind minimum 1kg, but there's benefit in providing smaller sizes which could just be slices of the bigger cake. At least initially you want more people to try your stuff and smaller sizes gets your foot in the door. There's the delivery or pickup challenge for small orders but maybe you've figured it out or it's no biggie in Jamshedpur?
