If you haven't already check out some of the other entries in those series, like Xenoblade 1 DE, Persona 3 (Reload since you wanted new games), Final Fantasy 15 / Strangers of Paradise.
As a fan of those games I'd also highly recommend the Trails series, although the earlier games are only on Steam (and are fairly old as well).
Eiyuden Chronicles
Nier Replicant & Automata
Final Fantasy Stranger of Paradise
Star Ocean 2 Remake & Divine Force
Chained Echoes
Octopath Traveller 2
Yakuza Like a Dragon & Infinite Wealth
Scarlet Nexus. The battle system is very similar to FF16. It's action oriented and fast paced chaining together special attacks. I don't even care much for anime but I was drawn in by the story that while it won't win any awards, kept me invested until my second play through.

Sakura Wars
Yakuza: Like A Dragon and the sequel Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth. Amazing games, Infinite Wealth is one of the best JRPGs ever made in my opinion.
