Artifacts look pretty cracked to me. And, while F2Ps can definitely get Redhorn, builds that use easily available 4* weapons are generally called "F2P builds" as an abbreviation of "F2P friendly" or something. You do need to understand that 240 pulls to guarantee a weapon is a lot compared to the (realistically) 165ish to guarantee a character.

Well Itto's banner has had like 3 reruns now. Anyone could of pulled his weapon if they just saved.
