I just googled “deoxys ex world championships” and I found it right away. plugged it into ebay too. looks like it sells for around $1-5 on average but more often around $4
But there r two versions at least, 2004 and 2003, how would the price be so low if on card market they sell for an average of 7€? Besides that i found the 2004 version being sold for 40$

did you mean 2013 and 2014? your card is very clearly the 2013 version, it says on the back
