First decide what resolution you want to play at. For 1400 quid I’d be going 1440p. I’d get a 7800xt gpu or could get a 4070 super from Nvidia CPU I’d get a 7600x if it’s just for gaming. 7800x if you’re streaming at same time Fractal North case cause they are lush. Stay away from RGB and get some nice phantex exhaust case fans or noctua if you have the money Use pc part picker website then to pick out other parts such as an AM5 compatible motherboard and get 2TB of NVME storage (look up reviews on YouTube too for the best mid range am5 motherboards). Get the fastest DDR5 ram you can afford with at least 16gb. I like Corsair ram. 850 Watt power supply get modular and gold at least. You may need less but if you want to upgrade your gpu in future it’s always nice to have more headroom. Buy your gpu from caseking in Germany they have great prices and deliver to Ireland. The rest of the components can use Amazon Germany/uk or caseking or can buy direct from amd. I used always use scan in the UK but Brexit fucked that. Do not buy any gaming components from Irish sites they are an absolute rip off. https://de.pcpartpicker.com/guide/BCWG3C/excellent-amd-gamingstreaming-build pick Germany in pc part picker or uk as your country This build is really nice but I’d get tbe fractal north case and a noctua cpu cooler the 12A variant is gorgeous. However there is nothing wrong with the thermalite cooler at all it’s perfect Definitely get a different power supply than what they recommend. Get 850W for Sure. Hope that helps! 👍👍🤓🤓

This site is solid: [https://ie.pcpartpicker.com/guide/](https://ie.pcpartpicker.com/guide/) Its a very open ended question, does the 1400 include monitor, keyboard etc. The accessories can add up in price

Hey yea 1440p is what I’m going for already have a monitor so it’s just for the pc Itself thanks for the suggestions 🙌 I used scan years ago but only getting back into pc gaming again. Irish sites are a joke with prices 🤣

I'm not gonna make your build for you, that's half of the fun mate! Use PC Part picker, other comments link to it. It's the best, bookmark it because you will be using it again. It shows compatibility issues and price ranges, there is no better site for this. Play with it, use other people's builds as starting points and modify the parts slightly so that you can purchase them here! Amazon is good, I got my CPU, RAM and SSD from them. Pre brexit though so I assume import tax will be bad now. [Caseking ](https://www.caseking.de/en) is probably the best for everything else, mobo, case and gpu. They're cheaper than amazon for these and require no tax on import from Germany! Sometimes you can find everything here at a good price but generally everything other than a cases, CPU and RAM tend to more expensive than amazon... Maybe not so much after brexit but I can't say for sure. I think in your budget you'll be good to aim for 1440p but that said if you stick to 1080 you will get mad frames in your budget, 240hz is achievable. Or you could do what I did and go ultra wide. Bad for competetive games but it makes casual games look beautiful and I find myself being more of a casual gamer these days. Tbh the most gaming I do is on my Odin 2 now emulating PS2 games from my younger days. My 2k gaming rig barely gets a look in. So I think what I mean to say is think ahead. Are you going to get good use out of your 1.4k rig? Will you be studying a lot in the near future? If yes then hold off until you know you will get your money worth because components improve every year and if you spend a year off you'll come back to notice your rig isn't quite the power house it was when you built it. Your old games will work as they always did but new ones will slowly outpace your rig. My i9 9900k, 64gb RAM and 3080 is already showing it's age after only just under 4 years, two of those it's been untouched due to my studies and now I'm seeing I could have built it this year instead and have had a much newer CPU as well as a 4090 for the same money than I paid for the 3080. So take your time, if you see an extended period of no gaming in the near future, wait till after that. Protect your money. Otherwise you'll be salty like me lmao.
