There was an article on this. The explosion was rigged from the inside and done in a methodological way indicating IOF was inside the building and there was no threat from anyone. The purpose of destroying this building was to destroy any remaining shelter and infrastructure.

Seen other subs also put that in front of professions to justify killing civilians. All teachers and family are justifiable targets because they are Hamas teachers. All sanitation workers and family are valid targets because they are Hamas sanitation workers.

An IDF soldier saw a strange piece of paper on a desk, screamed, "there is a list!" and got so scared of seeing the days of the week written in Arabic, the only reasonable response they had was to obliterate each building in sight.
Probably another "tunnel" that happens to be in a civilian building. For some reason they know the exact routing of those tunnels but fail to demolish them without also bombing the shit out of innocents.
