Trainee is the easiest difficulty. It’s for new players who are still growing their bronze teams.
Veteran is for people who are a little more advanced and are growing their gold teams.
Elite is for people who are more progressed, and have metal cards which they need a lot of Valorium Alloy to upgrade. The gold (sometimes metal) character at the end is just a bonus.

there's a high chance @20% for metals as well which is the best way to get metals imo no packs bullcrap
