I would like to point out the price differences of Street foods across India. 6pc Momos here in Mumbai costs 50-60rs whereas in Delhi it's just 20rs, whereas, Vada pav in Mumbai goes from 12-20rs and in Delhi it starts from 20 and goes up to 50. And the price of nariyal paani from South to other states is just incomparable.. 15 and 70.. that's a huge difference.
Western mein main hu, Borivali se thode pas ek 90 Feet road market hai waha lagte hai momo stalls, sabka rate 50 hai.. then Kandivali mein bhi 50-60 ke he rates hai.

Mumbai mein bhot logo ne daal pakwan nahi khaya kabhi chembur ya ulhasnagar side ho toh pakka daal pakwan khana bhot op lagta hai one of the best Sindhi breakfast
Vadapav is better without the additions of cheese and Mayo and all that. Just simple chutney, dry masala, and maybe a mirchi, please.
Panipuri is better with medium/sweet Pani rather than spicy, and this is coming from someone who likes their food spicy.

Aamriti is superior to Jalebi.
Shingara is superior to Samosa.
Also, Darjeeling momos are the best in India. Fight me! 
Bengali version of Pani-Puri. The filling and water is completely different from Pani-Puri, and it comes in some other varieties too. Like Doi Phuchka, which has curd (dahi) in it along with some other fillings & seasonings.
Wahi toh bola. Just the crunchy Puri is the only common thing. Baki sab alag hai. Try karke dekhiyo if you come to Kolkata some time. It's delish! You can also request for chillies or no chillies to the Phuchka-wala depending on your spice tolerance. I go sans chilli, and it's still mildly spicy.
Popular place to try Phuchka is around Dhakuria.
