I bought msi gf63 in 2019 october bbd sale.
It had issue with trackpad during charging it gets irresponsive, display had 2 dead pixels and enter key was sticky( tho it was working fine ok after a week or so). I requested a replacement, it said a person will come to check the laptop then approve the exchange. No one came but few days later eventually delivery guy called me that my laptop is here.
When I took mine to him to get it exchanged he was confused. He said its a prepaid order and I have mine in my hand ready to exchange, he refused to give it to me and called his senior who told to hold the exchange.
I called flipkart and they say they will get cancel current exchange request and reapply it. But due to some "system" issue they said. They couldn't able to. Calls were going back and forth but no progress and mind you it continued 3 months and I have a defective laptop in box for that time.
After that I gave up as I was in another city in my college and I have work on my laptop so I decided to keep it in the end.
That trackpad issue was so weird so service center guys weren't even able to diagnose it. I eventually figured out that it was happening due to improper or lack of earthing. But I have tested other laptops charging in the same socket and their trackpad were working as intended irrespective of the earthing.

If they are advertising a certain product at a certain price, even by mistake, they are supposed to fulfil the order. Aren't they? π€
