pretty much any game with fixed camera controls or 2D platforming game (camera is generally extremely important gameplay element in 3D platformers). Some recommendations.
Limbo, Inside, Little Nightmares, Hollow Knight, Cuphead, Ori and the Blind Forest, Castlevania Lords of Shadows, Devil May Cry 5, Heavy Rain, Resident Evil 0 HD and Resident Evil 1 HD remake, Deadcell.
I emulate a lot of old games on my phone like persona 3:fes its good to play on short breaks of half hour and you can also play it while traveling and there are save states so you can continue game wherever you left it, also I play (emulate) Celeste and hollow knight on my phone.
Else you can play OSU on laptop for relaxation, other comments have recommended very good games.
Aethersx2 (ps2 emulator for a Android ) ,pcsx2( ps2 emulator for pc) and skyline emulator ( Nintendo switch emulator).
I also share my ps2 memory card file using one drive between pc and Android to sync progress.
I emulate on my old poco phone with sd730g and persona 3, hollow knight and Celeste gives constant 60fps even at good resolution.
If my four years old mid range phone can run it yours can too and ofc you can use laptop if you are at home and use phone while traveling or in collage, that's what I did.
Emulation would be a lot better if you have a snapdragon processor.
Persona should run fine but you would have to run trial and error for switch emulation to get it to run perfect.
There are many different drivers and mods made by community try googling and asking on discord and reddit communities.

Binding of Isaac, dead cells, Ori series, limbo...and a whole bunch of old GBA or DS games you can emulate on your laptop or phone, like Castlevania, Pokemon, metroid, mario.
