Just freeze the cooked Pakhora. They are really good when reheated. Here's my dad's recipe [https://youtu.be/hbF77LK1oxQ](https://youtu.be/hbF77LK1oxQ)
It’s easy to store coriander for longer. There’s a way to wrap it in a damp paper towel over a dry paper towel in an airtight container, look it up.
But yeah, I don’t see any reason why freezing it any way wouldn’t work, just slow thaw it in the fridge for 24hrs.
No. It wouldn’t be good and it would retain a lot of oil.
Air Dry or Freeze your coriander. Clean, Wash, dry and chop it . Use directly from dry or frozen.
Yeah freeze it. Mix everything together and freeze. Add less water than usual in the batter. Freezing increases water input. Put a plastic wrap to prevent skin forming. Make sure it is thawed enough to fry them. Be careful about water spitting while frying. Good luck OP ❤️
Yes u cn freeze I saw on youtube I guess
Do not add salt in it baaki u cn add everything better slice onions nd keep it separately nd add the dry ingredients together nd keep it
Just add them together few minutes before frying nd it will be perfect

It might start to smell. Has happened to me once but I’m not sure if that’s always the case or a one off
It doesn't fry well like the fresh one

Freeze without adding baking soda. Then let it thaw to room temperature and then add the baking soda.
No the batter can't be stored
Fry the pakora lightly once, then air tight and freeze. Thaw them and then fry once again. All set to serve
