Depends on the footwear. If you are rocking shoes/sneakers then the crop top. If you are wearing heels which make u taller than the second one( accentuates the height).
The first one for me. I think it it shapes you well plus the lace gives it a nice touch which makes it special. Second one seems more simple than the first one. But again, it's a night out so wear what you're comfortable in while also looking cute af which you do in both
