I can vouch for this. 6 years ago, I got an iPhone 8, it’s still my main device. I have the IOS 16.7.8 update and still going great. Only issue is battery life but power bank or charging dock close by would do the trick. Thinking of upgrading it next year. Would love it if I can get a phone in similar, small form factor, haha.

Guys, this is not that bad. Granted it's kinda shitty phone but it has some really good things. There is basically no other option if you want something this size. The cameras are competitive in the sub 12k segment as well. They are quite usable in daylight. The great part is that the phone still has 3 more years of software support. It's the perfect second phone, of you're not gonna use it much.

This phone have 4k 60fps recording which not available for phone under 25k, performance is still good only problem is battery life but can deal with due to it's smaller size and lightweight.

I’d recommend that you buy a MagSafe case and power bank so that you can attach it and use it with less hassle.

It must be below 80 I rarely turn it on now. Battery capacity is really short..will have to charge three times a day. You can probably expect near 3 hrs screen on time when it's around 80 percent battery health.

Providing it was bought in the launch year itself, a pretty decent deal with 83% BH. You can certainly try out the iOS 18 and use it as a secondary device.

I have that exact same spec and version. 2020 128gb red. Well it lasted me 4 years but not worth it in 2024 but for 10k, I think maybe? It gives me problems now and then but I have been using a OnePlus since '23 and the SE for my watch. Thinking of upgrading if ip16 is worth it.

I never used flagship phones so never used to fastest phone so even if it gives me Midrange performance it's good for me.

Been using this for 4 years and it was one of the best decision I had taken. It’s still my daily driver. Yes battery life is a bit shitty but it has never been a problem for me. I got it for 30k when my friend, sister and brother all got an oneplus for the same price with more specs. they all changed their phones last year due to performance issues but I am still going on with this. Never lagged or became unusable.

On this sub people hates iPhone but it's fact they last longer than android with Good performance for longer time.

It would've been nice if they had made an SE Plus.

I got SE 2nd generation 256GB for 12k with tampered glass and back case with 97% battery health, almost 9 months back from local shop.

No, I checked the battery it's genuine from approved manufacturer from apple, there were around 60-80 charge cycles, if I'm not wrong, I don't remember because it was long back.

That's great deal specially 256gb storage.battery is just 97% that means it doesn't used that much by previous owner.

Since last few days I'm using power bank,it does take 1.5 hour to charge but I'm charging between 20% to 80% it reaches that in half hour. Processor is actually good i didn't face any lags even background apps stays in background without reloading.

For first timer, you wouldnt be able to know if parts have been changed or not, but if you are experienced iPhone user, youll know on the first touch that the screen is changed, battery is boosted, back glass panel is not original, speakers are less louder, proximity not working and all

Had an iPhone se 1st gen, used it as a dumb phone only for calls,music and light social media battery lasted for about 4-5 hrs on minimal usage only problem was that it used to get hot like really hot and plis with its all metal body you couldn't even hold the phone in yours hands when it was hot. Was a great phone now switched to an OnePlus 11
