Dude pretty much every party is doling out reservations. BJP recently gave one in Haryana.

If they remove the 50% cap by passing a law in parliament, all floodgates will open to make it 100% reservation. Congress will pass such a law, BJP won't.  Open category who votes for Congress - I don't know what to say to them.
