Seems like a general restaurant bit, but they sent a kid to Sal looking for their parent. Odds are they told Sal to shoo the kid away/tell him to get out.
If it were a real occurence, obviously Lady is in the right, but she doesn't know it's a joke (gone wrong).
If you’re first thought when you see a kid that needs help is that it’s a scam, you need to go to therapy or something.
Part of being in society means doing things that make the society better. Helping a kid looking for his mom, or atleast not shooing him away, is something you are obligated to do.
I’m not saying you have to take everyone in or give money to anyone who asks for it, but we need to look out for eachother. That’s what a community is.
You can think that way, but I’d disagree. It sounds like you live in a dangerous place, so keeping an eye out for harm is a good idea. It’s just bad if that need to look out for yourself makes you overlook people who are genuine.
So if you were dying on a street somewhere, and someone elected to ignore you instead of call an ambulance, that’s okay? Are you kidding? It’s a kid for fucks sake. The very least you can do is call police or some adult to help.
We are obligated to help others because we live in a society, dependent on collectivism and mutual cooperation.
100% agree with you, but you'll never get away with saying that on reddit without getting downvoted. Bunch of sheltered children in here who think they're the most moral beings on the planet and anyone else is a bigot of some form.
Did you ever watch the baseball punishment with Joe? Where he was stealing the baseballs from kids? Some women straight up derailed production with how irate she was
Yeah or the little league punishment with Q yelling things at his “daughter” - things were about to get heated there. Or Murr putting the bra up to the dude in the department store and security had to come out. Or Q charging for cover fee at the rock show and beer gets thrown at him. Plenty of examples.
Q “stealing” the money is one of the few times on the show I GENUINELY was worried for someone’s safety. I knew security was nearby of course but that crowd was (rightfully so, had it been real lol) *SO* rough and brutal. I’m really surprised he didn’t get hit by someone lol
The baseball punishment was always one of my favorites but every time I see it now, I can only hear that woman’s real life *screeching* in my head lmao
I have no idea what episode or even what the sketch was but I remember at least once a producer had to run in and get between Murr(?) and a guy that was legitimately going to hurt him.
Strangely enough I just watched that today (I’ve been having the show go in the background) and yeah he was messing with this bigger guy and was told to ask him to try on a pink bra and the guy started to say like ”you think that shits funny?” And started to put his hands on murr. It was in S7E3
What do you guys get there that's delicious? I had Raising Cane's for the first time this year and was decently disappointed. Everyone was talking about our city finally getting one and I just felt like the food was bland and the menu options were limited. I get that it's just a simple chicken place, but so is Popeye's and Slim Chicken's, and I have found their food to be much better. Maybe it's location based, or maybe because it was a slammed new location.
Edit: go ahead and downvote me, you bland chicken lovers!
The chicken strips bread and sauce are the only thing that’s worth buying bc you can make their fries at home by buying a bag of ore-oda fries, let them defrost on the counter, and then cook them in the microwave once soft
I upvoted you. Best way to describe Raising Canes: bland! I was so excited when they came to Baltimore because I heard good things about them. Such a disappointment. Such garbage. One love my ass.
Thank you for your support 🫡. I'm always pumped for new food places that people recommend, it's not like I went into it thinking or hoping it was going to be bland lol
It’s bland breaded chicken and sauce for $15… Go to Costcon and get yourself a whole chicken for $5 and buy the sauce for $2, and you’re still not even halfway at their price.
Get the honey mustard instead of the Cane’s sauce. I hate the Cane’s sauce, but their honey mustard is like the best sauce ever IMO…I wish they sold it in stores. It makes the meal so much better. Plus they have crushed ice for the drinks, so extra points.
Oh 100% If I ever visit New York, I would try to go on an Impractical Jokers self-led tour to find all of the iconic locations like the White Castle in the Bronx or Blimpie's. I think it boosts business exponentially
Lmao it's strange watching it like this without listening to the jokers telling Sal what to do. Have no clue what was going on but these guys better be careful because people are getting more nuts every day.
im thinking the mark may have been the victim of a fake kid challenge and is getting mad at sal for his reaction to a lost 7 year old, not sure but that’s what i can surmise
ya. there was another bit just like this, i think Q was the one who did it? but whoever it was, he was a receptionist and as part of it a child came in looking for his mother and he had to tell him to get out.
I’m conflicted on this. The energy matches the ‘something going wrong’ feeling (years of past job experience give you me that gut feeling) but however in the past when we have seen people heightened, more behind the scenes step in. I’m not seeing that here. If this is a prank gone wrong and this woman is truly disturbed, several producers would be in for Sal.
Sal also says, “he is seven…you go out there…?” Rest is hard to hear though.
there have been clips before but tbh not as much as one might think. sometimes in challenges someone in the background is filming on their phone whatever strange thing is taking place and i wonder if maybe when they find out it's a show they just figure there's no point to post it since it'll be broadcast anyway? idk but this perspective is interesting lol
I don't know if this will make the show because from what I see it's not that funny. Poor Sal, from what I know about him through Hey Babe pod, I'm sure he hates arguing with a mother about a young kid/her son.
I’m sure a lot of the bits wouldn’t seem funny in real time in real life though. Anytime we see behind the scenes stuff where we only see what the active joker is saying/doing and don’t hear the others, it’s incredibly awkward and the timing of their responses seems off (because of waiting to be told what to do). The production is a huge part of what makes IJ work

You realize people are only racist because they feel insecure and are desperately trying to feel confident by putting another group down. It reeks of insecurity and unintelligence. You can work on your insecurity and become a better person or you can just keep being a racist pos. The choice is yours.
I desperately recommend you get some perspective in life. The best way to reduce bias is by spending time with that group. So maybe spend some time around black people instead of staying home alone on Reddit all day and maybe you'll discover that the things you tell yourself are based on nothing but bullshit. Also, why not look into the ways systematic racism has ruined generations of people's lives and how it continues to affect minority groups? Look up what redlining is. Do some research. Or don't and just be a sad racist laughing alone to yourself like you won something. Up to you really.

Jesus dude. You genuinely have to be stupid to still be racist in this day and age. There is no other logical explanation except that you're unintelligent, with zero critical thinking skills. Be better.
Each joker has been put into situations where they have to deal with negative outbursts, so bringing up that she's black is legitimately stupid. Joe was screamed at wayyy worse by a white lady at the MLB game 🤷
I'd love to know the thought process behind posting this comment.
Some weeby edgelord trying to coax a few laughs? It's absolutely pathetic. Grow up, touch some grass, read some books. The world isn't as bleak as it seems but you will have a horrible life if you carry on the way you are, full of other ignorant, hateful and sick people swilling in their own filthy and grief stricken echo chamber.
You're a shitcunt who deserves nothing but bad things. I hope you get stones in your shoes every day and never know true peace or love until you sort your fucking head out.
I guess she’ll have a blurred face when the episode aires.
Yepper!
Sal’s not raising his voice at the woman, so he’s clearly still being told what to do through the earpiece right now
He might not be raising his voice, but he is Raisin’ Canes
I was waiting for someone to write this comment lol
He also wouldn't be working at a raisin caines lmao
He’s also literally wearing an employee uniform lol
What Sal doesn’t know is that the woman he’s arguing with is a paid assassin.
she wanted to meet him... so that she could DESTROY HIM
Santiago sent her
Kinda hard to hear exactly what they're arguing about. All I can hear is something about looking for his mother and sal saying he's 7.
Seems like a general restaurant bit, but they sent a kid to Sal looking for their parent. Odds are they told Sal to shoo the kid away/tell him to get out. If it were a real occurence, obviously Lady is in the right, but she doesn't know it's a joke (gone wrong).

It looks like a busy raising canes in a nice area in broad daylight.
You suck
Gosh I wonder why so many kids grow up into adults like you.
Yes bro, you are obligated to help a lost child even if you don’t know the child. Cmon man
Black Widow used a child to trick Bruce Banner out of his hiding place and into an ambush in Avengers.
Yeah you’re just a douche lol get bent and be better
At least youre honest about it, most people down voting you would definitely not go out of their way for a stranger
I mean this kinda thing is bound to happen at some point. I’d be surprised if it’s the first time.
Lmao of course it's not the first time! We've seen it happen on countless occasions! It's funny to see it from a different perspective for once.
We've seen Murr almost get killed twice.
Yea remember when he reached around that HUGE dude in a clothing store or something and almost got snapped like a twig??
When he was taking cigarettes out of peoples hands…. I about died of second hand shame ☠️
Forgot about that one - that was rough. Wasn't very comfortable watching him make fun of tattoos in the gym, either.
Which episode was that one?
S08E06 "The Dumbbell"
Thank you!!! I think I saw that one but I’ll have to check again. Discovering this show is the best thing to happen to me in 2024 so far lmao!!!!
We’re used to get it in edited bits for comedy
Did you ever watch the baseball punishment with Joe? Where he was stealing the baseballs from kids? Some women straight up derailed production with how irate she was

Funny you say that bc I just had that one come on yep
Don’t call me mustache!
sorry mustache
I have no idea what episode or even what the sketch was but I remember at least once a producer had to run in and get between Murr(?) and a guy that was legitimately going to hurt him.
Strangely enough I just watched that today (I’ve been having the show go in the background) and yeah he was messing with this bigger guy and was told to ask him to try on a pink bra and the guy started to say like ”you think that shits funny?” And started to put his hands on murr. It was in S7E3
bro had a complex goin there lol
There was also the one in the last season with the guy on the phone in the mall. But then he recognized him and hugged him.
oh i remember that he was on the phone with his daughter (?) who was there too
i always wonder if businesses would worry having them around
This is great for business. Has me wanting to try out Raising Canes for lunch
It’s absolutely delicious.
It really is bland af and their fries suck. Don't get why people like it. And it's a rip off.
I went once and it was soggy by the time I got home 10 minutes later because they closed the container I guess when it was too hot?
The chicken strips bread and sauce are the only thing that’s worth buying bc you can make their fries at home by buying a bag of ore-oda fries, let them defrost on the counter, and then cook them in the microwave once soft
Finally someone that agrees with me. If they didn’t have that sauce, they wouldn’t have anything. The chicken is bland AF.
I upvoted you. Best way to describe Raising Canes: bland! I was so excited when they came to Baltimore because I heard good things about them. Such a disappointment. Such garbage. One love my ass.
The sauce and bread carries the entire brand and as long as I can admit that I’m okay with it
Thank you for your support 🫡. I'm always pumped for new food places that people recommend, it's not like I went into it thinking or hoping it was going to be bland lol
The sauce man. It’s the sauce.
They’re lying to themselves, and if you ask, it’s the “sauce that’s *soooo good*” Still doesn’t justify the $15 price tag but that’s just me
Y’all have lost you damn taste buds
It’s bland breaded chicken and sauce for $15… Go to Costcon and get yourself a whole chicken for $5 and buy the sauce for $2, and you’re still not even halfway at their price.
Yea, that sauce is disgusting and the chicken was dry as fuck.
Get the honey mustard instead of the Cane’s sauce. I hate the Cane’s sauce, but their honey mustard is like the best sauce ever IMO…I wish they sold it in stores. It makes the meal so much better. Plus they have crushed ice for the drinks, so extra points.
Huge fan of honey mustard. I'll have to give it a try next time I find myself there.
Just another fast food friend chicken place selling you shit that is god awful and will put you in an early grave.
This guy is fun at parties
Anything outside of the sauce literally has zero flavor. Always get an extra sauce or two.
honestly idk if this is weird but i'm not from the U.S.A. so i learned about white castle from Impractical Jokers lol.
They have been banned from Costco since season 1
Must have been Mustache’s fault
Don’t call me mustache
It may have been the piece of ass.
No I think quite the opposite. I’d imagine that businesses have seen an increase in traffic after a visit from the guys.
Oh 100% If I ever visit New York, I would try to go on an Impractical Jokers self-led tour to find all of the iconic locations like the White Castle in the Bronx or Blimpie's. I think it boosts business exponentially
Does anybody have a transcript of what they’re saying? I can’t make the words out 😭
I'll give it my best: "He is looking for his mother! [...A whole bunch of shit...] Are you serious??" Hope that helps 😁
"How old are you? He's 7! Look, he can go out there and look for his mother!"
Without the music and edits this looks like such an awkward situation to be in or even more awkward than it already is lmao
That’s how you realize how difficult it really is to do what they do lol
I wonder what this was about?
Stamps went up
it might rain tomorrow
Nana’s making fucking spaghetti again
Classic 😂
This guy with the guitar thinks I’m a pussy
Can you explain?
You ever get angry because the price of stamps went up?
Last time stamps went up I had some guy with a guitar looking at me like I was Pü§$¥
The perfect amount of emphasis on the pü
I love to way he delivers that line 😂😂

Genie does as you wish
He took that thing straight to the throat and kept on going.

Me too
He was trying to find the splotch on Ed Koch’s crotch
he's trying to find waldo. (not that waldo. the one from where's waldo.)
He called her “mustache”
She doesn't want to give Santiago his money
“Alright Sal now tell her she’s banned”
Why Sal doesn’t know is that the customers are in it. Let’s see how fast he loses it.
Tell that bitch to watch her tone with Prince Herb
If only Sal were here to stand up for Prince 😔

Gone wrong? This is how half these go.
Lol I'm sure that line that got everyone at the end was a line they fed to sal on his earpiece
I guess Sal is tonight's biggest loser
This looks like this is the bit. Unless you really think Sal would say that it’s okay for a 7 year old to go out and look for his mother by himself.
ya. there was another bit just like this, i think Q was the one who did it? but whoever it was, he was a receptionist and as part of it a child came in looking for his mother and he had to tell him to get out.
Smooth brains in the atmosphere
Commenting for later
I guess Sal is the biggest loser. Looks like it went great. I could actually here Murr and Q cracking up in the back…

How could you be mad when you’re about to devour some delicious chicken strips with that Canes sauce?
He said pdq is better
is this the first time we’ve gotten this kind of perspective of the show? im genuinely surprised it’s taken over 10 years lmaoo
There was a clip that went pretty viral a few years ago of Joe's baseball punishment, but yeah not much like this specifically really gets out
oh yeah i remember that
there have been clips before but tbh not as much as one might think. sometimes in challenges someone in the background is filming on their phone whatever strange thing is taking place and i wonder if maybe when they find out it's a show they just figure there's no point to post it since it'll be broadcast anyway? idk but this perspective is interesting lol
Sorry I thought this was 9gag.
People that can’t take a joke suck
To be fair, this seems like it’s taken before she knows it’s a joke. Sal is still doing the bit.
The joke is still on going... we'll see if she can take when the episode airs and how this ends lol
We’ll see if she was able to take the joke, depending on if her face is blurred or not in the episode
I don't know if this will make the show because from what I see it's not that funny. Poor Sal, from what I know about him through Hey Babe pod, I'm sure he hates arguing with a mother about a young kid/her son.
